AMG have been caring for my husband since he came out of hospital five weeks ago. Two carers have been coming four times a day because my husband was bed bound. The carers have showed compassion and kindness and their help has been invaluable to my myself and my husband. We have seen a big improvement in my husband's health over the last five weeks and he is now engaging with the carers and with his sheer determination and the carers help he is now slowly walking again. Thank you to all of them who have come through our door and keep up the good work.

AMG have been amazing with my mother in law's care. Staff were amazing and work so hard. We felt so out of depth once mum was discharged home but AMG helped make the process easy. A very big shout out to one staff member in particular who was absolutely amazing, she goes above and beyond and we felt very lucky and blessed to have her at this very trying time when we were adjusting to our new norm. She is a credit to the company and also two other specific staff members who were also amazing. Staff all work hard and we appreciated everything they did for mum. I honestly can't recommend AMG enough.

Excellent care and very professional! Noticed balance issues with my dad and also cuts and abrasions on his legs. Followed it up with a call to the district nurses. I wish all carers were the same! Thank you so much.

Overall I felt very well cared for by the team of carers. There were 26 different carers in the six weeks I was with AMG. As you would expect there was an array of personalities involved. The majority of carers were caring, professional, chatty and kind. There were only two or three that I think should reassess their skill set and career choice. The star awards given below are therefore based on the vast majority of the carers, not the couple of outliers. There were also some carers who were completely outstanding, dedicated and a credit to the caring profession and to AMG. I would like to mention particularly 5 ladies who I had attend me many times and they deserve recognition for their fantastic service. They clearly love what they do, have fabulous personalities and made me feel safe and in competent hands. I will miss them a great deal. I would like to just add one slight negative - it would be great if there was someone to pick up the phone at AMG.

One of my carers made my day she got me out of bed soaked my feet lunch and tea meal made I feel very cared for by a friendly carer it was a pleasure to have her for the full day very caring person thank you

We would love to thank AMG, especially one staff member for the care and time spent with my mother. She has been wonderful , always cheerful and makes my mom smile. A great BIG thank you to her. Nothing is too much trouble and made my mom feel good.

Absolutely brilliant service, it's probably the third time now my mom as used your agency and the girls have always been spot on with my mom, couple girls stick out n they are fantastic. Also two other staff. All fantastic

Overall good experience. The lady is very knowledgeable and helpful. Have different pairs of carers so don't know who is turning up unless I ask. It would be nice to have carers who are regular so we get to know them and feel comfortable with them. Time keeping is hap-hazard which inflicts on our own circumstances and routine. This is mainly due to carers schedule and add-on work load. Trying to contact the management at office ie seeking help: and receiving reply is non existent.

My carers have been caring for my mom and they always have a smile. They are both very nice and make my mom feel comfortable. They are very professional and they keep me informed with what is going on with my mom.

The carers have been reliable and efficient. The two sisters have been very kind and thoughtful when attending my father. They have always been positive and encouraging, giving dad a positive " can do" approach to his mobility. Giving him confidence and always speaking to him kindly and with compassion.

The care given to my father has been top notch. I have been pleased with every visit. Especially with the two carers. They always bring a high standard of professionalism with a great mix of personality and energy. They have made my father feel at ease and pay great detail to ensure that they keep my father's dignity intact. They not only fulfil physical tasks that need to be done but also help with mental as they always engage in conversation and interest in what my father has to say. They are joy to see and breath enthusiasm into their visits.

Wonderful carers, very helpful & caring. My mom looks forward to them coming, they are always happy, smiling, singing & dancing and we are very happy with them. They always ask if they need anything & nothing is too much trouble.

Overall, very happy with the care AMG provided. The regular staff were always supportive, helpful and jovial, huge thanks to all the team. The only issue for me, which didn't happen too often, was when the teams were mixed up and non regular staff from different areas came in at non standard times and didn't know how to care for my wife - but we muddled through it. Also, we asked the AMG management for all female staff, which wasn't always the case. This is not ideal for my wife, the male staff who could only partially help, or the female staff, who were left to do most of the work. i.e. when personal care was required. On the whole, a great experience and I would gladly have them back in to our home.

Having carers coming into our home is all very new to us , it's been a difficult time that has been made easier by such kind and caring people, especially two of them. We know your service is time limited but we will miss the kind staff and be always grateful of the help provided

The service and support we have recieved for my father in law has been amazing. The lady has gone above and beyond to support his care package which has led to fantastic results and progress. Previously my father in law could not sit up but Amanda has been instrumental in getting him moving and he is now able to sit up on his own. His confidence has risen and he looks happier and proud of his own achievements. Can't thank her enough for her efforts and support.

Good care staff very nice ladies who are very accommodating to my requests. My first in home care experience and very good first experience. Lovely carer who is very attentive, chatty and alway makes time to help me if I need it.

Very happy with the care my husband has received Time always taken to chat as well as provide his care needs which were done efficiently Two ladies who did early morning calls some days were extremely patient and always cheerful when they were here Which makes the calls enjoyable Would like to thank all the carers involved in looking after my husband for there care and kindness

The 2 girls came today and we're both pleasant and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. One already knew my mom from previously and can see that there is a determination and has said she will see if we could get a hospital bed for my mom .

AMG have been amazing with my mother in law's care. Staff were amazing and work so hard. We felt so out of depth once mum was discharged home but AMG helped make the process easy.
