I've had 3 or 4 different care companies over the past 4 years and Barnfield, Tamworth are the very best by far!
I've met most of the carers now and every single one is a delight. They are lovely ladies. I feel completely safe and comfortable in their capable hands.
Amy and Becky at the Tamworth
office are great. They do a great job and are good fun too!
Overall I don't have any complaints whatsoever and hope that I can keep them. Thank you!

The staff at Barnfield have been really compassionate in the care that I have witnessed for my parents. The timekeeping is on the whole within a reasonable window of the requested time - it is appreciated that unexpected events can occur when dealing with previous clients causing unforeseen delays.
The only minor comments have been relayed to the management team and are understood to be raised with the staff member concerned.

Barnfield home care providers have provided residential at home and daily visit care for my very elderly aunt for over a year . Our experience has been extremely positive from the level of care provided with competent and kind carers and the team at the office who are always contactable and
supportive and helpful .
A highlight for us as a family was the effort they made as a team to host a celebration for my aunts very special birthday - they undertook all the organising and catering and all the team came - it was very kind and showed above ordinary levels of service

Looking for care for someone is daunting. I tried a couple of options before finding Barnfield about five years ago. I cannot speak too highly of the team who now attend to my bedridden friend. They are kind, caring and totally professional. They respect all the patient's likes and dislikes and are
patient and understanding. They are scrupulous about food preparation and all is left clean and tidy. Should any problems arise the carers (and clients) have excellent back up from the office team who receive daily reports from the carers. The carers work well with support services and, when necessary, give clear and concise information to nurses or ambulance staff. I have complete confidence in recommending Barnfield.

Barnfield have provided a significant number of care calls, per week, for my elderly mother (within her own home) for the last year. Initially we interviewed several care agencies local to Stratford-upon-Avon, and we are glad that we chose Barnfield to deliver her care needs. My mother has very much
appreciated the services they have provided, and when (rarely) any issues have presented, the office have been quick to respond, discuss & resolve. We're very pleased with the quality & reliability of the service they provide and would recommend Barnfield to anyone else looking for care provision within Stratford-upon-Avon area.

This has been a very stressful time and finding Barnfield has made all the difference and finally given us a sigh of relief. We recently employed them to help get our Father back into his apartment after a prolonged period in hospital. Our Father is strong willed and has always refused help.
Barnfield carers however, have been so professional and treated him with such dignity and respect that he has finally accepted the care he now needs.
They are extremely professional and the care our Father has recieved has been excellent. The Manager and admin staff have worked with us empathetically and patiently to iron out any initial concerns and helped overcome any teething problems (usually created by us); advising, adjusting and tailoring the support to meet our father's specific needs.
Thank you Barnfield for helping us at such short notice.
I would recommend them unreservedly.

Barnfield provided exceptional support over many years for a legacy arrangement inherited a previous owner.
I'm extremely grateful for their professionalism and commitment in providing extra carers for my mother when needed, and for stepping up quickly at a critical time to help deal with the NHS

I have no hesitation in recommending Barnfield Homecare to anyone who is looking for assistance within there own home. The care staff are well trained, kind, and compassionate, many times they have gone the extra mile to ensure my Brother has everything he needs. The care staff have formed good
relationships with my Brother and he looks upon them as friends, often refers to them as members of the family.
The agency manager is very professional, her communication is open and transparent and she has a "can do" attitude, she is very supportive of myself and my Niece. She is readily available for contact even out of business hours, which I have always been grateful for. When the manager is on leave, I have confidence in the staff member who is in charge for that period of time, the administration team are always helpful and responsive. Thankyou to all the Barnfield team.

Barnfield Homecare is the first time we have used a care service provider, and the whole process has worked out very well. The initial meeting do discuss the level of care needed, in conjunction with my father-in-law was very detailed, and has led to a 3x per week care package, which is working very
well. When my wife and I went on holiday for a week, Barnfield were able to increase the care provision to visit every day. The care that has been provided has been pragmatic and dignified. Very many thanks.

Due to a sudden downturn in my Mother's health last year we needed to source care in her home. Communication from Barnfield Homecare has always been professional and prompt and wherever possible they have actioned our requests. Carers have been pleasant and it is such a comfort to know that our
Mother feels safe with each of them.
We spoke to several companies when initially looking for care and feel confident that we have chosen the best provider for our Mother. She is happy with the service provided and feels they offer very good value based on current charges. As family members we feel she is well looked after and know she is able to remain in her home which is incredibly important to her.
I would definitely recommend Barnfield Homecare to anyone looking for effective, professional care for their parent/s. No hesitation!

Barnfield have been such a help to my parents. My mum is the Main carer to my Dad and it was all getting too much. Although she was very reluctant at first about having help and having strangers coming into her home, Barnfield have done everything they can to make this less stressful. My mum and Dad
now look forward to seeing a smiling face each morning and love the chat. Nothing is too much trouble. The carers are professional, kind, on time and deal with any situation that they are faced with. It's mainly the same person every time. They try and match the right person to your needs.
Any queries have been answered quickly by two staff members in particular in the office.
I would highly recommend Barnfield to anyone.

Barncare is a compassionate and caring organisation. Their team provide my mother great care and she and I both have full confidence in them. They really know their clients and the staff have built up a great relationship over a number of years. They also looked after my father in the past too.

On the occasions I have met the carers they re all polite,efficient and cheerful.
They are working in often difficult circumstances but are obviously well trained and on occasions when my Mother's health has not been good they have no hesitation in contacting medical help via the ambulance service
and contacting a relative too.
We could not manage without the girls and thank them very much.

We had a wonderful live in carer from Barnfield who became part of the family. He looked after my father for about 15 months during his latter stages of dementia. Sometimes he went above and beyond supporting my mother as well, who was not an easy person. I would have no hesitation in recommending

Barnfield were very professional and so reassuring. They took so much of the worry away in caring for mum in her final few months. The manager was always available and helpful in her advice and support. All of the ladies who looked after Mum were warm and friendly, experienced and reassuring. I
never felt uncomfortable coming into Mum's flat and I always left feeling happy that Mum was in safe hands. These women are amazing how they come into your life for a short and difficult time and provide so much care and help, they are truly wonderful.
