Barnfield Homecare is the first time we have used a care service provider, and the whole process has worked out very well. The initial meeting do discuss the level of care needed, in conjunction with my father-in-law was very detailed, and has led to a 3x per week care package, which is working very well. When my wife and I went on holiday for a week, Barnfield were able to increase the care provision to visit every day. The care that has been provided has been pragmatic and dignified. Due to a sudden downturn in my Mother's health last year we needed to source care in her home. Communication from Barnfield Homecare has always been professional and prompt and wherever possible they have actioned our requests. Carers have been pleasant and it is such a comfort to know that our Mother feels safe with each of them. We spoke to several companies when initially looking for care and feel confident that we have chosen the best provider for our Mother. She is happy with the service provided and feels they offer very good value based on current charges. As family members we feel she is well looked after and know she is able to remain in her home which is incredibly important to her. I would definitely recommend Barnfield Homecare to anyone looking for effective, professional care for their parent/s. No hesitation!

Barnfield have been such a help to my parents. My mum is the Main carer to my Dad and it was all getting too much. Although she was very reluctant at first about having help and having strangers coming into her home, Barnfield have done everything they can to make this less stressful. My mum and Dad now look forward to seeing a smiling face each morning and love the chat. Nothing is too much trouble. The carers are professional, kind, on time and deal with any situation that they are faced with. It's mainly the same person every time. They try and match the right person to your needs. Any queries have been answered quickly by two staff members in particular in the office. I would highly recommend Barnfield to anyone.

I have been so impressed by Barnfield Homecare. They are looking after my aunt, and the carers have been very kind and efficient, and she likes all of them. I also appreciate the support given by one member of staff in setting up the care. I'm based in London and it has been a relief to know that my aunt has people around her who are looking out for her.

Barncare is a compassionate and caring organisation. Their team provide my mother great care and she and I both have full confidence in them. They really know their clients and the staff have built up a great relationship over a number of years. They also looked after my father in the past too. On the occasions I have met the carers they re all polite,efficient and cheerful. They are working in often difficult circumstances but are obviously well trained and on occasions when my Mother's health has not been good they have no hesitation in contacting medical help via the ambulance service and contacting a relative too. We could not manage without the girls and thank them very much.

The care from all the staff at Barnfield Homecare has been exemplary. They looked after both my parents with compassion and dignity. All the staff were unfailingly polite and helpful at a difficult time for both my parents and family. Barnfield Homecare provides a reliable, caring, & flexible service which my mother has been able to benefit from hugely. The care and support they offer is amazing & it gives me peace of mind that Mum is receiving the best care with a friendly face. Barnfield Homecare are always available to speak to & they listen to any additional needs that arise & adapt to the many different situations that exist when providing care at home for the elderly. We had a wonderful live in carer from Barnfield who became part of the family. He looked after my father for about 15 months during his latter stages of dementia. Sometimes he went above and beyond supporting my mother as well, who was not an easy person. I would have no hesitation in recommending Barnfield Homecare.

Barnfield were very professional and so reassuring. They took so much of the worry away in caring for mum in her final few months. The manager was always available and helpful in her advice and support. All of the ladies who looked after Mum were warm and friendly, experienced and reassuring. I never felt uncomfortable coming into Mum's flat and I always left feeling happy that Mum was in safe hands. These women are amazing how they come into your life for a short and difficult time and provide so much care and help, they are truly wonderful.

As an only child living some distance away from my mum it has been a real comfort to me to know that mum is well cared for on a daily basis by a professional, caring and respectful team. There is clear communication and support offered for all the little bumps in the road, which sadly happen when someone has dementia. When I visit mum she seems happy and her environment is clean and tidy. Thank you Barnfield team. I would be lost without you, and my mum would have lost her independence.

My Mum was getting very depressed so we entrusted Barnfield carers to take her out one day a week. So far, she has had lots of laughs and giggles she really enjoys the life stories and conversations with the carers. I am very grateful too as it takes the pressure off me for being entirely responsible for making her happy. I care for her 24/7 and having that trip out once a week, makes us both very happy. My mum had several falls an weight loss ,was a big worry for whole family.When my mum was assessed for there service to support her four times a day,they explained everything to me an my mum ,with empathy an made my mum feel like she had control an could make decisions. I have worked in care for many years ,I was very pleased an felt at ease to ask any questions. We are now four months later,mum has regular carer which really helped it took a little while for her to settle but now has no falls an is putting on weight ,with an contact I have made for advice along the way has been first class an always able to speak to someone.It is such a big thing to happen ,an letting people into the home an trusting people with your loved one,but kindness an care my mum is receiving is great,thankyou.

Barnfield Homecare has been looking after my mother for some months now, mainly with the carer living in the house on a full-time basis. We have found Barnfields to be extremely efficient and professional. Their employee's are kind and helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing care.

We are incredibly grateful to the wonderful team at Barnfield Homecare and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other people looking for a care provider. All of the carers are kind, caring and compassionate and treat Mum with dignity and respect. The manager and the care coordinator in the office are very responsive and have been able to accommodate our frequent changes and requests, sometimes with very short notice. We would not be able to keep Mum at home without the support of the amazing Barnfield team.

Barnfield Homecare has looked after my parents for several years now. The team are excellent, caring, trustworthy and go the extra mile for my parents' personal care. I do not live near to my parents and it is reassuring to know they are getting the best care. It is like having my own family looking after them. My parents are very much housebound and it is lovely to hear the cheer and laughter the team bring them every day. I would highly recommend Barnfield Homecare.
