Very happy with Brancaster HomeCare Company, they keep you informed who the carer is who will be visiting. Try and keep a consistent carer so they get to know the client. We had Martha who night sit with my mom Hilda for 6 weeks and she was really lovely, so caring and thoughtful. Only had my mom's
best interest at heart, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent carer!

Excellent service by all carers. They were all so pleasant and respectful of both myself and my home. Nothing was too much trouble and they followed my directions in caring for me. They were very encouraging in my recovery and helped me to achieve my goal of independence. I would like to thank them
all so much and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We were very grateful for the outstanding level of care that my husband received near the end of his life. Every member of staff were professional and we appreciated the regular communication, with photos, about who was coming.

I would like to sincerely thank your wonderful staff for all the help, support, genuine care and compassion that they showed to me, my family and especially to my brother during the last few days of his life. Both Naz and Arif were just such beautiful kind souls and I will always remember this. I
cannot describe well enough just how grateful we are for your calm, professional and wonderful prescence during that difficult time.

Very friendly staff carers. They always care very professionally, with compassion.We are happy with the service and think it excellent. The Home was not known to us before my husband went into the hospital.

We have a dedicated team from Brancaster looking after my loved ones .it is pleasure to see the bonds that has developed between them all.. Nothing is too much trouble, the professional carers welcome advice and support from our family, but equally they provide reassurance and support to us as well
as our loved ones
Everyone has worked/ works together to provide support and care that improves their wellbeing and it is evident. A trip out with Harris has seen an improvement in my dad's wellbeing !
The standard of care and the genuine compassion is outstanding.Brancaster care staff allows me to leave my parents for the rest of the day knowing my loved ones are in the best hands and properly cared for. It's priceless and the quality of care is high. The high standards start at the top, the owner/manager is highly professional,kind & accessible. His standard of care is what his staff deliver. Really cannot recommend them all enough. Kind, caring and genuine

We are so pleased with the care and friendliness of the young carers that come to us. We cannot put into words the affection and gratitude we feel for them.
They carry out their duties without any bother or complaint. I wish I knew more people like them.

The service given aims to not just to provide care but to also increase the quality of life of its service user.
As a family we feel so supported and listened to.
Behind the scenes the management work so efficiently and
tirelessly to ensure that my parents feel safe, comfortable and happy

Overall my mums care experience is good/very good. Experienced, long serving staff are excellent.
Some new members of staff would benefit from further training/shadowing experience as some have struggled with my mums requirements. Our relationship with management team is generally very positive.

The service I get is very professional and personal. They all know what I like Cup of Tea and biscuits.
I have a girl (carer) who is very good and she should excel to the next level, I hope.
The carers are all a very polite when I have visitors or Doctors come out to visit me.

Frank's carer has been excellent. always arrived early, very polite and curteous. always enquiring after Frank's health. I was always confident Frank was in "good hands" and we are very grateful to him. Could not have been more helpful. HE is a credit to your company.

I write to express my sincere appreciation for the care provided by your wonderful Team to my Mum. Everyone is kind and caring and their arrival at various times throughout the day cheers Mum up. Mum's dignity is always respected, and there is not a lot of dignity when one reaches such a great age.
It would be impossible for me to care for my Mum in her own home at this stage in her life without your support; it is a huge comfort to me knowing she is clean and well looked after. I feel ashamed your profession do not receive more recognition for such a valuable contribution to the community and from what I have observed the pay structure seems to fall far short of the expertise required and the demands of the job. I hesitate to use the word "job", it is a desire to make a difference to people's lives.

The carer that came to us to care and help my husband was excellent, kind, caring and thoughtful. My husband immediately felt very relaxed and comfortable with his care. It is so important, to have the right person to care for end of life care and Brancaster Health Care certainly provided that in
our carer Mo. I am so appreciative.
