Staff very friendly and respond well to dad's needs change due to his health varying day to day.
Staf always find time to chat.

Bridge Care Services Ltd are still very excellent and I still use them and help me make my meals and they are very friendly and come on time also I am asked what I want to have next time so that I get all shopping done and nothing is left out.
When everything is done we sit down and have a drink
and a chat.

We have been using Bridge Care over 15 years and can honestly say they go above and beyond to help the client. Although staff have moved on the quality of carers has always been outstanding. We couldn't have the peace of mind we have if the company and staff were not so considerate, caring and
understanding. We feel they are more like family than employees and we are so very grateful for all their hard work.

Bridge Care go above and beyond in their duties towards my mother's care and have excellent communication skills.
Their professionalism knows no bounds and all the carers are very personable, kind and caring.

I found staff at Bridge care to be so accommodating and very caring. Accessing personal care is big decision when loved ones can no longer care for themselves. Bridge care provided bespoke support with respect , genuineness to ensure dignity during care. The online diary kept family up to date
when a visit had taken place. Communication from staff is superb. I am so appreciative of the excellent service Diane and her colleagues have provided.

We have found Bridge Care to be an excellent service. We are kept informed of any issues. The carers are very caring, considerate and compassionate towards my mum. Most importantly they always have a smile, and a good sense of humour which they need. Overall our experience over the last months and
to date gives us as a family peace of mind that mum's needs are cared for.

Bridge Care are a well managed organisation with a great team of committed carers. They have provided support to Mum over the years and adapted that support as she has got older and more frail. I would highly recommend Bridge Care Services to anyone.

We receive two visits a day from the same carers, who are great. I am very happy with Mum's care package from Bridge Care. They enable her to live independently whilst ensuring that she has a shower every day and is able to be up, dressed and having breakfast with no difficulty on her part. We know
that she has her medication and will be set up for the day. Without the visits from Bridge Care, Mum could not live alone.

We have a set team of dedicated carers who have been our regular team for a number of years now, and therefore visits run smoothly and efficiently. The whole family is treated with the same level of care and respect as the client. We have always been extremely happy with the level of care we
