I found staff at Bridge care to be so accommodating and very caring. Accessing personal care is big decision when loved ones can no longer care for themselves. Bridge care provided bespoke support with respect , genuineness to ensure dignity during care. The online diary kept family up to date when
a visit had taken place. Communication from staff is superb. I am so appreciative of the excellent service Diane and her colleagues have provided.

Excellent care by both management and carers. Extremely supportive with family. Always act swiftly and efficiently to any changes requested from family. Liaison and communication are also excellent and extremely good value for money. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

We have found Bridge Care to be an excellent service. We are kept informed of any issues. The carers are very caring, considerate and compassionate towards my mum. Most importantly they always have a smile, and a good sense of humour which they need. Overall our experience over the last months and to

All staff are friendly. They are helpful and take action when necessary if Dad needs further personal care help, or if Dad needs medical intervention urgently or different medical help by contacting their managers who in turn, contact me to arrange further help if necessary.

Bridge Care Services are very good. I get some very good meals that are made for me because of my epilepsy, no frying of food because it is dangerous and two baps twice a week and I put on bacon and tomato or cold cooked meat, cheese, spring onion and chutney. Sometimes we make a big meal and I will
put half into the freezer and use it when I want. Bridge Care will do other things for you such as shopping or cleaning but I do not need that at the moment with being a bit younger. The staff that come to me, come on time and very friendly and have drink of coffee or tea and a chat when we have finished the cooking and washing up. I will need help to do other things as I get older but that is for later on in life. I will have often have one staff coming to me twice a week and I decide when I want them to come and I do the shopping making sure that I have all that I want for the next visit and try to have a new meal that I have not had before.

We receive two visits a day from the same carers, who are great. I am very happy with Mum's care package from Bridge Care. They enable her to live independently whilst ensuring that she has a shower every day and is able to be up, dressed and having breakfast with no difficulty on her part. We know
that she has her medication and will be set up for the day. Without the visits from Bridge Care, Mum could not live alone.

I cannot thank Bridge Care Services enough for caring and supporting my mum over the last 3 months. I live 300 miles from my mum and they literally came to my rescue. Having made initial contact they were so kind and friendly and were quickly able to put a support package in place. They are professional,
friendly and caring. My mum relies on them twice a day, not only for care but for social interaction. I don’t know what we would have done without them.
