Reliable, caring company, very supportive staff both in daily carers and indeed the office team. My father has been a client now for 18 months and feels safe and well supported to meet his current daily needs in his own home. This in turn makes looking to his future care needs less stressful to him
and indeed his family.

Bridge Care Services are amazing, they give the best care in every aspect that you could possibly wish for. They looked after my mother and stepfather to the highest standard and all the way kept me informed. They contacted the GP when required, saving hours and getting treatment started. I cannot recommend
them enough.

We use this agency for my Mum who has dementia, they are amazing. All the Carers are super lovely and the office are very helpful and approachable. I would recommend this care agency without hesitation.

I contacted Bridge Care Services for help with my elderly mother. As I was the only local member of her family I was becoming overwhelmed trying to run her life as well as my own.
Bridge Care did an initial assessment and advised on an appropriate package to suit my mother's needs which then enabled
me to cope better having a professional team in place.
I am very pleased to be able to report that since Bridge Care came to our rescue in mid-January of this year Mum has improved in many ways and is doing very well considering her age and medical problems.
The care team are both professional and caring and I’m being kept up to date with any developments or needs that may arise.
I would certainly recommend Bridge Care should you require help with your relative's needs.

I can't recommend Bridge highly enough. They've been caring for my Mum for 5+ years where they treat her like a friend. Mum is a very private person and hates to be a burden to anyone so it was difficult to accept any help in the beginning but after a nasty fall, she had to accept help and now couldn't
do without them. As her illness has progressed, the help has increased and after another fall on March 21, resulting in a broken sacrum (back) she needed 2 carers 4 times a day when leaving hospital. Unfortunately, Bridge didn't have capacity at the time so we had to switch providers and then we discovered the difference in care that we didn't think was possible. The Bridge team rallied together to offer to cover Mum's double up so we could switch back asap and what a relief! The care is now provided in my home so I see the empathy, love, laughter, dignity and dedication that every one of them provides. To anyone looking for carers, Bridge should be at the top of their list.

I've found the whole team to be very helpful and approachable, I was worried how my husband would adjust to having people coming in to care for him but it's worked out very well. I didn't realise how tired I was until they came to help.

Bridge Care provides an excellent service. The staff are caring, helpful, kind, patient and nothing is too much trouble. Mum is very relaxed in their company. The only small niggle is the office not letting us know if there are any time changes or other changes. But after a year and a half, we have
gone through it's nothing really and well done to them for maintaining the same level of care/service through this pandemic.

The support given by Bridge Care Services to my brother has consistently been excellent over several years. In more recent times we have been able to secure additional care which has led to an enriched and more fulfilled life for him. He has a learning disability and the carers have formed such brilliant
relationships with him. He can now get out and about more which has been vital for his overall wellbeing. He always looks forward to his carers' visits whether they spend time with him in the home or head off together for a walk and a coffee. There have been benefits all round for our whole family and we're really grateful for the way the Bridge Care Services team carry out their important roles.
All our interactions with the team have been warm, professional and helpful.

My sister, who has both physical and mental disabilities, receives excellent care from Bridge Care and has done so for several years. The carers are caring, friendly, often go "the extra mile" to keep my sister clean, well-fed and happy in her own home as far as is possible. Contact with family is immediate
if there is a problem and appropriate solutions quickly applied. The same regular faces attend who know routines and likes/dislikes and this is essential to her continuing care at home. We know of no other person who receives such good care. Many thanks.

We have found most of the people who come helpful and friendly, willing to do everything from washing and shaving my husband and making beds to taking letters to the post. Because we cannot get out much they have a little chat and take an interest in our lives. The only slight minus is the timing of
visits cannot be exact so it can be difficult to time meals etc., but we are informed of any big variation.
