The office staff are great too and are very accommodating when schedules have to change. My mum is much happier since she has Bridge Care.

I cannot thank Bridge Care Services enough for caring and supporting my mum over the last 3 months. I live 300 miles from my mum and they literally came to my rescue. Having made initial contact they were so kind and friendly and were quickly able to put a support package in place. They are professional, friendly and caring. My mum relies on them twice a day, not only for care but for social interaction. I don’t know what we would have done without them.

Reliable, caring company, very supportive staff both in daily carers and indeed the office team. My father has been a client now for 18 months and feels safe and well supported to meet his current daily needs in his own home. This in turn makes looking to his future care needs less stressful to him and indeed his family.

Bridge Care Services are amazing, they give the best care in every aspect that you could possibly wish for. They looked after my mother and stepfather to the highest standard and all the way kept me informed. They contacted the GP when required, saving hours and getting treatment started. I cannot recommend them enough.

We use this agency for my Mum who has dementia, they are amazing. All the Carers are super lovely and the office are very helpful and approachable. I would recommend this care agency without hesitation.

I can't recommend Bridge highly enough. They've been caring for my Mum for 5+ years where they treat her like a friend. Mum is a very private person and hates to be a burden to anyone so it was difficult to accept any help in the beginning but after a nasty fall, she had to accept help and now couldn't do without them. As her illness has progressed, the help has increased and after another fall on March 21, resulting in a broken sacrum (back) she needed 2 carers 4 times a day when leaving hospital. Unfortunately, Bridge didn't have capacity at the time so we had to switch providers and then we discovered the difference in care that we didn't think was possible. The Bridge team rallied together to offer to cover Mum's double up so we could switch back asap and what a relief! The care is now provided in my home so I see the empathy, love, laughter, dignity and dedication that every one of them provides. To anyone looking for carers, Bridge should be at the top of their list.

I've found the whole team to be very helpful and approachable, I was worried how my husband would adjust to having people coming in to care for him but it's worked out very well. I didn't realise how tired I was until they came to help.

Professional, both office/management and carers are very flexible and willing to accommodate needs. Extremely thorough first visit to establish exact requirements.

Bridge Care provides an excellent service. The staff are caring, helpful, kind, patient and nothing is too much trouble. Mum is very relaxed in their company. The only small niggle is the office not letting us know if there are any time changes or other changes. But after a year and a half, we have gone through it's nothing really and well done to them for maintaining the same level of care/service through this pandemic.

Wonderful care and considerate, very obliging girls. We are very pleased with my husband's care. We can always ring and get answers to any questions or help with any problems.

The carers who work for Bridge Care are amazing. These ladies go above and beyond in the care they provide to my Mum. They are friendly, caring, professional and always reliable. They enable my Mum to carry on living independently in her own home. The support they give us is amazing. The communication between the carers, office staff and the family is great. Excellent service. Staff are approachable and amenable. Bridge Care has the ability to provide additional care at very short notice, which is a big positive.

My husband, who is disabled and elderly, is treated with dignity and respect by the care workers. Every effort is made to ensure that his needs are met, both physically and emotionally.

My sister, who has both physical and mental disabilities, receives excellent care from Bridge Care and has done so for several years. The carers are caring, friendly, often go "the extra mile" to keep my sister clean, well-fed and happy in her own home as far as is possible. Contact with family is immediate if there is a problem and appropriate solutions quickly applied. The same regular faces attend who know routines and likes/dislikes and this is essential to her continuing care at home. We know of no other person who receives such good care. Many thanks.
