Brookfield Care have been looking after my parents for approximately two years. I have found them to be well managed, caring and professional. The carers have consistently taken care of both my parents who have differing needs as Mum has mental health needs due to dementia and Dad has more
physical and personal care needs due to Parkinson's disease. The carers have gone above and beyond their duty, often bringing in shopping when needed. Even went out to Dad when he locked himself out between visits. They have kept me informed about all aspects of Mum and Dad's care and have treated them with respect and dignity. They have been very supportive to me and are friendly and approachable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for reliable care for their loved ones.
