surname had been incorrectly spelt. The care package did not start on time. The business then rang me to say that they could not accommodate me with my visit time request . I felt quite frustrated by the unprofessionalism of the business. My wife then spoke to the business, who confirmed that the time period was available that I had requested. My wife requested that the owner gave a call back the same day. That did not happen.
We were advised, during the last phone call, that it was a minimum of 1/2 hour for the Private Sector, which was NOT explained at the onset. Feeling totally let down, cannot complete the questionnaire correctly, as the care package never got off the ground!
