There are some very helpful and kind carers but unfortunately this is cancelled out by a few very disrespectful and unprofessional ones. This care service has added to my health problems not alleviated them. When reporting any issues to management, it's obvious that they neither care or have the
intention to do anything about it. Carers who are carrying out their role poorly don't have any consequences which compounds the problems when a new client joins. Avoid this company. I don't understand how they dare have care in their name as there is none.
