The staff do not fill in the timesheet correctly or leave when asked. The staff do not carry their ID. They leave people useless. No one likes to have a carer in the morning, then come at lunchtime, even come at 1515 for this which is too late, as the next call can be 1830. This is not caring. This
is not good enough. They do not listen to the client. For a sandwich, they give what they think, the same at breakfast. Do not change gloves to get food after emptying commode. Not with me a week before I changed them. Would not recommend them to anyone. If they have, get rid of them.
