Very kind & caring staff. There work is very professional as they look after my nan.They make things fun and attend to all her needs. I would highly recommend hartwig care Weybridge for all caring needs. 10/10

I cannot recommend Hartwig enough
The care and consideration shown to my father during the last couple of months of his life was beyond amazing
The staff. In particular the amazing the manager showed so much care, consideration and kindness towards my father - as did all the staff - I can't t
ell you how grateful we were

I used Hartwig services for some considerable time and found the service reliable, the assistants were considerate, helpful and willing to undertake any task, and the management were considerate in making sure I had the right team for my needs. Overall I was very satisfied indeed with the service
provided.

We are very happy with the team at Hartwig, Weybridge. The care workers go above and beyond for the client and are so patient with him. Everything from the care given right to speaking to the office staff directly is always easy and a pleasure.

for everything you do.

We were very happy with the team at Hartwig who provided in-care service for our Mum during the last few weeks of her life. She was treated with love and kindness by her carer, and we were kept regularly informed of Mum's condition. Thank you again to all the team.

My mum has been very happy with the team at Hartwig who have been helping to look after her at home for the last year. It was a little bit of a challenge initially as Mum didn't feel she needed help but both the Management team and the carers were very patient and helpful and it wasn't long before
she settled down and has been happy with the help she has from them ever since.
The carers and management team are all very pleasant and very easy to talk to and they deal with any concerns immediately. We are very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone who needs help and support.

I'm very happy with the service that Hartwig give me.
They support me to do things I can't do myself. Since they have been with me I have been able to do much more than I could before. I'm so grateful for the help they provide me.

Hartwig Care Ltd (Weybridge Brunch) has been my home care provider since 2021. Up to date, they have provided me with excellent service and good quality care plan and they have chosen a suitable and caring career for us.

I have been having Hartwig carers since February 2024 to help with my husband's care. I had a personal recommendation from someone who had used them until their wife passed away. The lead carer we have is excellent. He always arrives promptly or will telephone me in the very unlikely event of any
delay. My husband's speech is not good, so he finds it difficult to engage with anyone. However, the carer takes every opportunity to get my husband engaged which I did not expect. The care, compassion, dignity for my husband, and pure jolliness of the carer are beyond what I had expected.

My initial contact with Hartwig was as a referral from hospital, after that I always requested that it was Hartwig that supplied my mum's care. When we started self-funding it was Hartwig that I chose. The management team have always been incredibly supportive to myself and Mum, overseeing
discharges out of hospital after long stays, generally helping and assisting wherever they can and always being super reactive. All the carers are kind and efficient with a number of them really going out of their way to help me when things have been challenging, staying with Mum after a fall when I couldn't be there quickly, encouraging Mum to be more mobile and generally making a huge effort to keep Mum's spirits up when she's been down. They have been such a support to us and we are sorry to be parting company, but Mum is off to a Care Home in the hope she will have more company. I would recommend Hartwig Weybridge to anyone, they have been amazing and we will miss them!

Hartwig Care has been a great help to my Father and his wife. He is not keen on having any home care visits but it's been fantastic to have a lead carer assigned who he can get to know and who goes out of her way to joke and chat with him to build a good rapport. Makes him feel comfortable and
respected.

Mum had care from Hartwig for many years prior to moving into residential care - she was always so well cared for and her regular carers became friends as well as carers.
In the last few months they went above and beyond to help us keep her at home.

The Hartwig team have been fantastic. They mobilised quickly to get care in place when my stepfather was discharged from hospital and have looked after him since with the care and attention you might expect from a close family. Nothing has phased them throughout my stepfather's progressive illness.
Should the need arise, we will call them first for any future care needs. I should have added their communication with us has been excellent.

For two years your help, support, and advice ensured that I was able to keep my wife at home. The level of service was beyond what I had hoped for. Everyone was so caring and compassionate. The level of support was faultless. This benefited not only my wife but all the family that had contact with
carers. Thank you seems insufficient for what we received.
