Medstar are very easy to communicate with. They are always there. The support staff are always on time and provide excellent care. They always show respect and maintain dignity. I am very happy with the quality of care and support that Medstar provides. I have already recommended others to use

My son is in supported living accommodation since the age of 18. Previous care providers we used did not come even near to provide the support and the standard of care my son needed. My son is mentally and physically disable and has many complex needs which require a high level of attention. Medstar
met all of his needs extremely well. He has very good carers and all his needs are being met. Every problem that was there Medstar helped to find the best solution.
