I am so grateful to Rapid Care Ltd for providing such an efficient, professional, understanding, kind and attentive carer for my mother's recent hospital appointment at such short (same day) notice. Communication with the 'on the ground' care manager was excellent - she organised very quickly for
a wonderful carer to accompany Mum to her appointment. I arranged transport by wheelchair taxi, and the carer arrived in good time to help Mum get ready to leave her flat. At the hospital, the carer was persistent in her efforts to get Mum seen by the clinic as soon as possible and was a comfort to her during the painful procedure. Back at Mum's the carer ensured mum was comfortable and had a hot drink and a snack before leaving. My Mum thought the carer was wonderful, and told me she would 'have her again'. The carer even phoned me to let me know how things went. Highly recommended!
