Prestige nursing and care provider morning care 7 days a week for our elderly deteriorating relative enabling them to remain at home in their own environment. They seem to have somehow become and addition to our already 4 generation extended family unit. The caregivers all seem to be happy,
conscientious, caring people, with no task or job to much trouble to perform. They allow the client to do as much of their own care as they are able to, and only assisting when it becomes obvious they need to step in with a helping hand. This individuality has made for a trusting caring safe environment that the client appreciates and has high praise for all staff especially the more experienced and frequent attendees. It's given us the family peace of mind knowing our loved one is so well cared for.

Prestige Nursing & Care have been supporting my father since his diagnosis of Parkinson's and Dementia, and we are incredibly grateful for the care they provide. When we first reached out, the manager came out immediately, assessed our situation, and put a care package in place very quickly. I
honestly can't speak highly enough of him and his team - their professionalism, efficiency, and compassion made a very stressful time much easier for our family.
The carers are patient, respectful, and have a clear understanding of the challenges that come with Parkinson's and Dementia. They ensure my father feels safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity at all times. Their reliability and excellent communication give us real peace of mind, and I would not hesitate to recommend Prestige Nursing & Care to anyone looking for compassionate and dependable home support.

Prestige Nursing & Care supported my father during his end-of-life care after his diagnosis of Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD). From the very beginning, they responded immediately and put a care package in place quickly, which was a huge relief at such a devastating time for our family. I truly

The carers treated my father with dignity, kindness, and sensitivity throughout his final weeks, ensuring he was comfortable and well cared for. Prestige have been a god send looking after my father who is unable to do a lot of things for himself. We only have them in for a few hours in the morning when he gets up, but those few hours takes the pressure off of my wife and I who look after him the rest of the day.
All the staff are very
friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them, while giving my father (and us) peace of mind and gaining his trust. They have become part of our family and will always go that extra mile to make sure Dad is ok and comfortable and has all his needs met.

Our family are deeply grateful for the outstanding end-of-life care our father received from Prestige. From the very beginning the carers showed not only professionalism but genuine compassion. They were consistently attentive and responsive to his needs, always treating him with dignity, patience
and warmth.
It was clear that this wasn't just a job to them but that they are passionate about what they do. Their presence brought comfort and humanity to an incredibly difficult time for our family. Knowing our father was in such capable and caring hands gave us peace of mind when we needed it most.
We cannot thank them enough for the difference they made during his final days. Their support will never be forgotten.

Fantastic organisation. Explained everything fully from start to finish. Supported us in starting immediately which really took the pressure off as a family. Carers were excellent and made my mother in law feel like a friend. Would highly recommend their services and also good pricing.

I am very happy with the service I have received from Prestige Nursing & Care. The carers have been supporting my daughter with her Autism and LD diagnosis since April 2024 and the quality of care has been second to none. They sourced specialist training to ensure my daughter is provided with the
best possible care that is tailored to her needs, and enables her to live her best life.

In 2021 our Uncle needed more care than our Aunt and us as a family could provide so we looked at options for this. We found Prestige Nursing and Care after an internet search of local providers and after the local manager came to visit us we had them set up the care at home.
Prestige have been
brilliant, they were there for our Aunt and Uncle when they needed them and did not let us down in anyway. The carers were always polite, caring, respectful and professional. They supported our Aunt when our Uncle died in 2023 and felt very much like 'part of the family'.
Our Aunt is now in residential care as we feel that is now more appropriate for her needs but the manager at Prestige has been in regular touch with us and has shown a genuine concern for our Aunts wellbeing.
I would not hesitate to recommend Prestige. A very well run and professional care provider and we will always be grateful for the excellent service they provided for our family.

A very friendly service that allowed my aunt and uncle to remain in their own home for as long as possible. The service was excellent and the carers were friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty when required.

Prestige have been looking after my husband for about 3 years. l can not praise them enough for the care they give him and they also make sure l am coping. It's the little things that mean so much and they are good at that. l can go out feeling that my husband is safe and very well looked after. l
have the same person each visit and to me she is the best.

They are very professional, thorough and flexible and most importantly we trust them and Mum likes them.
The paperwork is spot on, as is the handovers.

Prestige were able to support me with respite care at short notice recently while my family took a break.
The manager was efficient and took time to assess my requirements and explain how care was provided.
I was very pleased with the staff I was introduced to who were friendly and attentive to my
needs. Having professional support was new to me but I felt comfortable with the carers in my home. I will be using Prestige Nursing and Care again in the near future.

Prestige Nursing & Care have looked after our disabled son for nearly four years. During this time they have been very professional, reliable and organised. The carers have been very experienced, friendly and pleasant - essential when they are in your home for many hours. During a recent Covid
outbreak in the household, they have continued to provide a reliable and professional care service under difficult conditions. Communication and day to day management matters have generally been excellent and any minor problems or concerns have been dealt with extremely promptly by the Field Manager. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We have found all the carers to be very friendly, approachable and respectful of the fact they are in our home. We also found the quality of their care to be first-rate. The Field Care Manager has been very good to deal with and communicates clearly.
