We were recommended Prestige when our father was discharged from hospital following a fall and the NHS home care support came to an end. From the outset, the approach of both managers and carers felt noticeably different from what we'd experienced before. Our father was immediately more relaxed, and
even the atmosphere in the house felt calmer, more organised and reassuring. This positive experience has continued over the months since. The managers are responsive, approachable and helpful, and the carers are consistently professional, but, importantly, genuinely kind and caring towards our father. They also take a thoughtful, proactive approach to supporting his long-term independence and helping him remain safely at home. He has built really strong relationships with the team - there are always smiles and laughter - and we have complete confidence in both the service and the people running it. As I live several hours away this make a huge difference to my peace of mind.

My 91 year old Mum has been receiving home care from Prestige Sleaford twice a week for more than two years now. Mum was a little hesitant initially to have a carer as she is so independent...however, she is now so pleased she has them, and she looks forward to them coming. Mum's carers are usually
Mandy and Anita - both lovely people, professional and respectful - they always ask Mum what she would like them to do each visit. They don't 'take over', but listen to what help Mum needs that day, and respect her wishes. Communication with Prestige is excellent - the staff in the office are always helpful - and Prestige were accommodating when we needed to book additional care, for example: taking Mum to visit her friend on the friends birthday, and taking Mum to local pharmacy for flu jab, as on both of these occasions, family were not able to be there. As a family, we are all so happy with Prestige - the staff, the communication, and the level of care provided are all first class.

I have needed the assistance offered by my Carer from Prestige for a long time now due to my MS.
When I met Penny, my personal Carer, my world changed as a real life fairy dropped into my constricted life!!!
I am now able to get out of my four walls to go and get things I need, and receive
professional and personal advice.
Penny and I go out to visit interesting and fun places for days out, and on holiday together - with someone who is so extremely kind, and a PROPER friend to me. My whole world has changed - the entire team of ladies at Prestige are supportive, and have provided unwavering help to me.

I got in touch with Prestige in August 2024 after my mum had a fall and broke her ribs. I engaged them to look after my mum once a day over the lunchtime period to make sure she had a cooked meal and any other additional requirements my mum might have. All the carers have been fantastic and have
looked after my mum in a kind. considerate and professional manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Prestige to others.

I engaged Prestige to look after Dad in August 2021, initially twice weekly and he soon established an excellent relationship with his assigned carer, who did all manner of additional things to make his life easier and chatted with him on visits, as well as being totally professional at all times.
Dad's health declined dramatically in May this year, which resulted in me needing additional support for him on a daily basis. Prestige was able to meet these demands at short notice, often with different carers but all of whom were kind, considerate and very professional.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Prestige for all caring needs of loved ones.

Prestige came in daily primarily to make Dad a hot meal and provide company and any other service needed. They also escorted him to doctor and dental appointments and always took him for a coffee while they were out which he loved. Their service was first-rate throughout, and all the staff who
worked with Dad were polite, understanding and respectful. They were the reason that he was able to stay at home as long as he did, and kept him healthy as his dementia began to slowly take a greater influence. He looked forward to their visits and watching a quiz show on the TV with a brew and trying to guess the answers! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company if you are looking for some help with a relative or loved one, and all our dealings with them were polite, efficient and productive. We always felt comfortable that the staff were attentive and knowledgeable, and always looking out for Dad's best interests and communicating well with us. Thanks to all of the staff, you were great!

Excellent care provider, the care staff are all friendly, caring and professional, and they go the extra mile. They also support me in my role as main carer for Dad. The staff in the office are all caring and very approachable, and are easily contacted by telephone or email, and respond promptly to
any requests or changes required. A weekly rota is provided, so you can see who is coming at each visit, and at what time.

Very satisfied with the standard of care provided. My mum’s needs were thoroughly assessed and have been more than satisfactorily met. The carers have been considerate and kind, the administration has been very efficient and it is reassuring to know that my mum is in good hands.

Earlier this year my mum needed care three times a week. The care package was excellent and appropriate to my mum's needs. I was impressed by the professionalism, continuity, empathy and reliability of the care staff.
I should add that I was also impressed by the professionalism of how the package
was set up. My mum's needs were thoroughly assessed by very understanding staff and all questions were fully dealt with and all issues explained.
Since April, my mum's care needs have increased and she needs help three times daily. Prestige were able to adjust my mum's care package to meet her new requirements. Not only is this re-assuring for my mum but for the family too.
It is very easy to contact and communicate with Prestige staff and they are very approachable and try to go the extra distance to ensure that my mum's needs are appropriately and safely met. The record-keeping and other administrative support, such as the publication of rosters and invoices, is also excellent.

I have been using Prestige for over a year now and I am very pleased with the carers that attend to me. I know from a rota each week who and at what time the carer will arrive. All the carers are really nice people and professional in what they do. It's a good start to the day for me.

My husband has had two carers to care for him daily - for 1/2 an hour each day. Mainly, as recently, to bed bath him. We both have so far agreed that all concerned have done their 'job' very well. One carer in particular is extremely thorough and is a credit to the company. They are very helpful and
have never declined any offers of help. My husband cannot write due to very poor eyesight but has given me full support for this review, and we cannot say enough about Prestige Nursing & Care.

My mother was initially reluctant to have any care but the professionalism and kindness of Prestige carers has won her over. She looks forward to their visits and appreciates all that they do for her.

The managers are responsive, approachable and helpful, and the carers are consistently professional, but, importantly, genuinely kind and caring towards our father. They also take a thoughtful, proactive approach to supporting his long-term independence and helping him remain safely at home. He has built really strong relationships with the team - there are always smiles and laughter - and we have complete confidence in both the service and the people running it. As I live several hours away this make a huge difference to my peace of mind.
