I am really satisfied for the care l receive from all the carers.
All the carers are respectful to my needs and everyone is very polite and we always have a chat and laugh.
Your company is the best l have had and l would definitely recommend you to others in need of assistance.

I have been using TLC as my care company for probably the last 10 years. The Carers, are given full training when they first join TLC. This is then carried through to when they spend time with the client. My carers have always been very attentive. I'm treated with care and dignity. All of my carers
have been totally trustworthy and fully aware of my disability. The Care that I require is quite extensive and personal therefore continuity of Care is quite important as I don't want to feel rushed or hurried. I look forward to seeing my carers four times a day and have built good relationships with them over the years. When concerns arise, I am able to contact management and support staff to discuss any problems. These issues can then be rectified amicably in a timely manner. value for the money is difficult to say as I have no comparison. Overall TLC carers are a lovely group of people , which I respect and care for.

Pleasant caring, carers who take their responsibilities seriously. Mum looks forward to their visits. The Care Manager always lets me know if there are any concerns. Communication is good by email and a newsletter.

I asked dad for any feedback. He just said that he is happy with the way things are going.
I've met a number of the carers now. Personally, all of them have been very nice and outgoing. I have noticed they are very attentive to dad's needs and take time out to have a chat. Excellent care given
to date - peace of mind knowing dad is being looked after.

My father has received regular care visits from TLC for several months now since his previous care service closed down and he is happy with the service. The staff are friendly and attentive and have made his life easier in a number of ways including organising delivery of his medication and the
hospital transport service to take him to health appointments. I would definitely recommend TLC to others seeking care services in the area.

Myself and my father are both very happy with the service that this company provides. All of the staff both carers and office staff have always been polite and professional in all conversations and meetings. The carers have been attentive, helpful and friendly towards my father and we would not

Very well organised care for my mother. Nothing is too much and information is passed on quickly. If medical intervention is needed it happens very quickly. Carers are kind and considerate. I can sleep knowing my mother is being well cared for.

Always arrive on time, kind and caring to my sisters needs,assist with all tasks needed, make my sister feel good in her own home, has a lovely chat with my sister and talk to her through out the time they are there.

The manager and his small team of carers were brilliant in their care for my mother.
The care given was friendly, thorough and always on time.
My mother was made to feel safe and the carers were always cheerful.
Everything was well noted and I was immediately informed whenever there was any
concern.
The manager was especially helpful in getting emergency medical attention when it was required.
I would definitely use Totally Living Care again if I needed any care support for my family

My Aunt has had the benefit of TLC care for the last 2 years. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly. Any concerns we have had, have been dealt with promptly. We keep in close contact with the live in carer and they keep us updated on aunties health and welfare. This gives the family
comfort, knowing that she is being well cared for.

I have a very positive view of TLC - from the administration staff to the wonderful carers . They are particularly kind and trustworthy, especially having to deal with dementia symptoms. They are very accommodating when need is requested at the very last second.

I cannot tell you how happy we are with my mum's live-in carer.
We keep in close contact with the carer with our messaging group chat with my two brothers, she keeps us all updated with mum's activities, health and welfare.
Irene is part of our family now, it's like having a sister.

Totally Living Care provides a service which relieves our family of the worry which comes with having elderly, vulnerable parents. I can message the company at any time and always get a timely response and equally am contacted by TLC if they have any concerns. Quite simply my mother would not be
able to be at home without their care and daily support, so thank you.

I have been very impressed with Totally Living Care. Communication has been consistently excellent and any concerns about my relative's wellbeing have been communicated to us in a timely way. When my relative had a fall the carer who found her stayed with her so I feel they do go above and beyond.
All staff I have interacted with have been friendly and helpful and I have already recommended the agency to other families.

The first contact with Totally Living Care was in August 2023 for carers to administer eye drops to my elderly mother following her surgery to remove both eye cataracts. The carers were professional, ensuring she recovered well from the surgery. Following my mother having suffered a stroke in
November 2023, and four weeks in hospital, TLC were able to provide live-in care for my mother ready for her hospital discharge. The care provided was quite good but a minor incident was highlighted with the Care Manager who dealt with the situation expeditely. Her current live-in carer is excellent and the two cover live-in carer's likewise. All professional with a good standard of care, treating my mother with warmth, respect, dignity and empathy and me as her daughter. This also applies to the Care Manager who keeps in contact with me when appropriate. I would recommend TLC to anyone in a similar situation, as it was to me by another service user. Thank you.
