I am beyond grateful that SureCare looked after my mother over the past few years. The two main carers always went beyond what was expected of them and she was so lucky to receive such a kind and caring service. Their support to me especially in her final days was faultless.
The office has been so
helpful in communicating with me about any concerns or issues raised.
I would without a shadow of a doubt recommend Surecare to anyone in need of a care service.

Surecare have cared for and supported my stepmother from April 2021 until October 2024 in her home. She has unfortunately had to relocate to a Dementia Nursing home as despite support received now requires 24 hour nursing care in a safe environment.
Right from the start Surecare has tailored their
care and support to her individual needs. It has been a partnership between both the carers , their management team and family in that caring support.
I have no hesitation in recommending and thanking Surecare Croydon for all the care and support given in her home plus support to her family.

Have had a great experience all around with SureCare. My mum is very happy with her main carers and others who visit. She says she is lucky.
One of the staff members always keeps the office informed of any issues with medication running low and other problems. The office is so helpful and will
contact the right team if any medical issues arise giving me peace of mind if I’m not around.
I appreciate the carers are doing a great job with limited time.
I have dropped shopping off and found things in perfect order after lunchtime calls.
Obviously, there will be the odd hiccup but communication is key and easily sorted!

I was very impressed indeed with the care given to my elderly father and mother through Surecare. The carers themselves often went beyond the call of duty and exceeded expectations in what were sometimes difficult circumstances. The managers were consistently helpful and flexible, particularly
around hospital stays and the consequential short-notice changes. I found them all to be reliable and adaptable in providing care and support. It is fair to say that I could not have managed without them.

The SureCare carers are extremely diligent and friendly. They have created a strong relationship with the client and their family, where communication is good. The office/management have consistently been available and supportive with any issues that had arisen.
