We have been using this agency since June. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My parents were unwilling to accept care and had negative experiences with a local agency previously. The whole process of establishing a relationship with the care staff and my parents has been fantastic. My father
has had to have vascular surgery recently and we needed sudden adaptions and increases to the care packages. This was all arranged with no fuss. Post-surgery the NHS care package for my dad wasn’t great and they filled in where necessary with that too. The staff are always cheerful helpful and professional.

My mother seems happy with the staff and the service they provide, which reassures us between our own visits, we are also happy with this new digital system which gives us a good insight into each day, ie: well-being, mood, medication, food etc and the general summary which is very helpful.

A fabulous company whose staff and management are very caring and really do go that extra mile. Would have no hesitation in recommending Laurel Leaf.

Laurel Leaf is an excellent care provider! It is family run and well established, offering a real sense of welcome and care for every service user. It is clear from their energy and enthusiasm that all the staff love their jobs and really enjoy the company of their clients. Our daughter (29) loves
her carers and looks forward to each day. There is a real sense of belonging and being known. She considers her support workers true friends.
Outings, activities, and birthday celebrations all add to the sense of community amongst service users and providers.
We feel so lucky to have found Laurel Leaf.

My sister goes to Laurel Leaf twice a week. She is really happy going there. Really enjoys being with the people. Very kind and helpful.

Laurel Leaf Support is a great organisation, and I feel so lucky to have come across a most professional and caring organisation, and with superb and friendly staff.
My son looks forward to going there, as they are always creative and try to make everyone's day most enjoyable, my son has also
improved socially and has gained a better understanding basic maths and money, and also enjoys cooking, swimming, gym, cinema, theatre, and day trips out.
