I can't thank the carers enough for their constant care and support of Mum over the last 12 months and previously for Dad who passed away after a long illness.
The care has been second to none especially from Lala and Banu.
The management team are very approachable and accommodating.

I did a previous review. I didn't want a male carer full-stop.
I said I would not be happy with a male carer.
I phoned after the first week and told the lady I was not happy with the different carer every day and I was having a problem with communication, she told me it would be sorted by the
middle of the next week but no, it was still a different carer every day. And after my second chat with her, you sent a male carer 3 days on the trot, so I phoned again and said don't come to my house again. The lady said okay so on Saturday, a carer came, I said sorry but I cancelled my care but I don't think she understood what I said.
So Sunday morning another carer came and she could understand a little English so she must have got the message to your office as nobody else came.
Sorry, but I am not happy with your response I didn't request a male carer.
And I was not happy with communication with all the different carers. So in my opinion your office got all communication wrong.
