View Full Details of Bluebird Care BromleyI needed Bluebird to help me in the morning and evening after a knee operation. They were fantastic and catered for my every need and even that of my husband. I would recommend them to anybody and certainly give them 5 stars.
Throughout 2025 Mum has had health problems and set backs. Bluebird carers have never failed to provide her with efficient, caring, dignified and friendly attention. The staff in the office give unfailing support and we are forever grateful for their help in stressful circumstances
I have always been entirely satisfied with the help I receive from Bluebird, the carers are helpful and intelligent, remember how I like things done, and know where I keep utensils etc, so they can put them away in the right places. We often have a laugh together; they are also careful to note the "use-by" dates of food so that I'm not in danger of a stomach upset

The care service provided by Bluebird is excellent and has throughly supported my mother who has cancer and dementia. The carers are attentive and cheerful and very supportive of my mother. They also go beyond their remit to make sure that she is well looked after and has everything she needs. The Bluebird care coordinators are efficient, friendly and very helpful and the administration of the company works well. Over the last 3 years (three times a day) that Bluebird has been looking after my mother the carers have always arrived within scheduled times. The care record app is also very good and enables carers to communicate with me about my mother's needs. All in all, Bluebird offer an excellent service.
Bluebird have been caring for my mum for more than a year. The carers are all kind and professional and have built a lovely and supportive relationship with mum and the family. They always keep in touch if there are any concerns and it is reassuring to have the app to read the visit notes and see the daily schedules.

I am very grateful to Bluebird and all who came to provide personal care for me for the two weeks needed when I came out of hospital. They were very professional, gentle, asked what I needed/wanted done, I could not have asked for better care and service. Thank you.
I can cope with beginners perhaps I could receive a discount for teaching. I am happy with a man filling in when necessary one or two carers need to learn to please the patient not herself.
Excellent service overall. There are occasional issues with the timings being changed without consultation.
It is nice to have a conversation. (Up to date news etc. - although I can see this is not always possible)
I am satisfied with the care I get.
I have found all bluebirds staff polite and helpful, and easy to engage with.

My wife and I are over 96. She has total short term memory loss and I have multiple conditions/medications. However we manage to stay together at home in large part due to daily support in all sorts of ways by Bluebird carers who tackle whatever needs to be done cheerfully and sympathetically.
The review was very thorough and the manager provided a lot of helpful information about people suffering from dementia. We discussed Mum's wandering off and how to reduce this. Several very constructive suggestions were made and it left me and my sister very reassured that with the help of the staff and also O.T coming in, Mum would be well looked after. The staff were very approachable and supportive and we feel happier now.
I am very pleased with the service and have no complaints. I like to tell the carers what I want for each visit. They are really flexible, listen to my needs and help me in so many ways. Very pleased. I am aged 99.
As an elderly male (90+) and still largely living independently and alone, I value the personal, friendly contact that Bluebird Care carers bring to me. I therefore like to have a regular schedule of the same carer at the same time each day. It seems that Bluebird carers were having difficulty in giving this level of organisation; I have no complaints about the actual carers.
