Excellent care provided by Holywell for my father. Carers are kind, friendly and very professional. They go the extra mile when issues arise and monitor for early signs of any health issues. This has been reassuring as frailty increases. Many thanks

Holywell's have been involved with the care of my grandson for a good couple of years now and I don't know what we would do without their help because they ease so much pressure from off our shoulders, they are easy to talk to and very approachable, my grandson's carer has become like a valuable part of the family and my grandson's absolutely adores her and we have so much trust in her and now my grandson's absolutely adores is safe and sound when in her care. She is very professional, reliable and a lovely friendly lady. We have complete faith and trust in this company

Overall, the ladies coming into my home for care and support are excellent once they have been here several times. Regarding the staff in the office, they can be a bit lax in letting me know if there has been a time change or a different person coming; therefore, I am not aware of what times someone is going to land. I usually follow the rota, so if there is any change, please will you ring me to let me know. The ladies are polite, good communicators, dedicated to their work here and fully trustworthy.

Excellent service! The staff are very helpful and friendly. They care and they listen to the specific needs of the individual, and to the concerns from family. Communication is good and response is swift.

They are just simply brilliant in everyday. Right from the office staff to the staff themselves. A big thank you from me. They are really experienced and caring also understanding. Having a professional company makes all the difference.

This company are amazing, we work together in giving correct care. They call me to let me know if she needs anything. They go above and beyond the company. I've had dealing with lots of companies but I truly believe this is the best out there.

The staff try very hard to please, but because the management vary the times of my visits, it makes it hard for me as I can't plan my day. I find it difficult to cope as I've had a stroke. However, the staff try their best to come at a time that suits me. Some members of staff are more helpful than others.

Very happy with the carer, has treated me with much respect and kindness. Always greeted with a smile. Carer is very tidy and always replaces everything back as it was. Find all carers very easy to talk to and always keep busy. All the carers are lovely and caring.

Very satisfactory start to care from Holywell.

The care overall was good but the management was appalling. The carers never stayed for the half an hour morning and night, no longer than 20 minutes were spent with me which is disgraceful considering I am having to pay for the half an hour.

Carers are generally good. New carers have a lack of training and are sent without introduction. Large turnover of staff. Scheduling is all over the place.

My wife has dementia, double incontinence and is housebound. She needs help with washing, getting up in the morning and putting to bed at night. She receives this service through Holywell. The two carers who visit twice a day do a wonderful job of this awkward situation, they are kind, considerate, joyful and make my wife smile. Nothing is too much trouble at this difficult time for both of us. To me they are angels, they brighten the house when they are here. A big thank you Holywell!

All Holywell staff looking after my mum are excellent, I can not fault them. Their time keeping is always on time and never go early, unlike other care companies I've used in the past. They are very kind to my mum and treat her with the utmost respect. Holywell always go the extra mile when needed. I would recommend them to anyone.

We used Holywell from May 2012 until early March 2017 when sadly my wife passed away. The care that she received was exceptional. My wife was bedbound and needed full personal care. The "girls" looked after her as though they were looking after their own parent which I will be eternally grateful for. There was always smiles on their faces and had a joke or story for my wife. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely recommend Holywell to anybody who needs a professional and caring set of "girls". I will never be able to thank them enough for all they did to make her comfortable in her last days.
