From the start, I was so impressed with the professional and caring approach I had with Eclipse. The original call was lovely and very sympathetic to the situation. The visit to my mom and dad's was so kind, and everything explained to them to their requirements. Every carer was so lovely to them
and soon became friendly with them, which helped them overcome their fears of having people at the house. When my father sadly passed away, the kindness and support shown to my mom and myself were very much appreciated. I cannot recommend this company enough.

The only way we could get her out of a care home was to have 24/7 care. It has been very successful; she has made wonderful progress. The carers are attentive and engaging with her, which is so important after suffering a stroke. The whole family are very impressed with the care.

I experienced a fall this week, I am 48, a wheelchair user and have MS. I asked Eclipse for an extra carer to come and clean my wet room, bed etc as I was unable to sort it. They sent out a carer to me, I would just like to say how good she was, she helped me both physically cleaning and mentally
by talking to me showing how much she cared, just excellent, she really made a difference that day to my life.
I would definitely recommend as without this service provided I not sure how I would have coped.

Eclipse Homecare have provided care to my son since October 2016. Since that visit, they have gained a good understanding of his illness and condition and developed an appropriate care programme. They are flexible in their approach and certainly are prepared to go the extra mile in providing him
with care and support in a professional manner.
My wife and I have confidence that our son is in good hands.

The employees who cleaned were thorough and efficient. They were very friendly but still maintained a professional approach. All requests for help were met without comment and performed to an excellent standard.

Since Eclipse HomeCare have been looking after my lovely mum, they have given me peace of mind while I am at work. Mum is always kept clean and the carers have really looked after her legs by putting cream on them every day, this is a great help to my mum. I have a notebook on the sitting room table
that the carers leave me messages in and that helps to keep me in touch with what is going on with my mum when I am not there, I also leave them notes if I have any concerns or I can always ring the office if any problems occur. I find they are very helpful. Mum's lovely carers also leave her home clean and tidy as I would leave it. Many thanks to one and all. I would and do recommend you.

I was completely satisfied with the home care we received for my mum from Eclipse. They were always on time and were told by neighbours that they always stayed for the allotted time. Mum was very happy with all her carers and us living 30 miles from her was very reassuring. The last few weeks she
had health problems and I was contacted by them any time they were concerned about her and even calling her doctor to arrange for visits. Great carers.

I have been seen by the careers from 'Eclipse HomeCare (Worcester, Malvern & Kidderminster)' for approx. 6 weeks. I do feel that I would not cope now without the support they provide on a daily basis. I have built good relationships with all of the girls which also include the management. I have the
best carer's in the world.

The care being given is very good. Each carer is friendly and conscientious with excellent supervision from their team leader. I would recommend this company.

The reason we have given Eclipse HomeCare such a good report is totally due to the two carers we have looking after my mum on a daily basis, they are great in every way and go the extra mile without question, also having the same two carers is so important as older people gets stressed if they have
different carers. It is important to keep the same carers. This also saves any confusion with clients. Our two carers are exceptional and are outstanding ambassadors for Eclipse HomeCare.
