Paradigm provided impeccable in-home care for my mother during the last eighteen months of her life. Their commitment to preserving her dignity, respecting the idiosyncrasies of our home, and their warmth towards and affection for my mother made our life easier, and her days much happier.
Their
flexibility and resolve to provide the best care for my mother allowed us to modify the package on the fly, even with month-long pauses for hospital stays, never once leaving us in the lurch.
Even in the saddest or most serious moments, Paradigm's staff were kind, enthusiastic and, here's that word again, caring, to the point of staying with her beyond call times while we called doctors and paramedics for urgent admissions.
We would not have been able to fulfil my mother's final wish, to spend her last days at home, had it not been for the wonderful, warm, dedicated people at Paradigm.
My father and I are profoundly grateful for their service and recommend them unreservedly.
