Integrate were amazing at helping support my brother, offering the choice of several social enterprises for him to join. The support workers were friendly and always on time (they have an electronic system which tracks staff arrival and departure). They used to take my brother out to interesting
places and he could try new things. Great communication from management, my brother is learning new skills and learning how to be independent which a lot of companies promise but it's very rare they come through, unlike Integrate.

Amazing staff and they are always on time, friendly management with regular engagement with clients to make sure that everything's going well. They also do their best to staff match, and also have several social enterprises for clients to get engaged in, namely a woodyard, a nursery, a charity shop
etc. My experience has been nothing but positive.
