All staff, carers and office staff that we have been in contact with have been extremely helpful, supportive, knowledgable and efficient. Thanks for great supporting over the last few years. A great team, often going "that extra mile". Thank you.

All of the staff both office based and support workers strive to provide the best service possible. They are professional at all times whilst working toward the clients active participation. A great organisation.

I am the daughter, I came to visit her on 26th February 2016 to 6th March 2016 in that time I was able to meet the team of carers looking after my mother. I find everyone very caring and gentle with mum, always polite and was reassured that she is in good hands with a team that have her best
interests and safety at heart. I can return home knowing that she is being well looked after. It has been a pleasure meeting them all.

Carer at present good, punctual, service has improved, previous carer was often late collecting my daughter. Invoices not sent for months. All aspects much better. My daughter is happy with her carer and the hours allocated.
