The carers are very good and caring towards my mother but the manager would benefit from training on how to talk to family in a professional manner. I found him rude, unapproachable and totally unhelpful when I raised a concern which I had raised many times before on behalf of my mother.

My grandmother has not had a rota for months, she's 95 with slight dementia so being able to know who's coming in and what time is very important to her. My mother proceeded to phone to ask about them. The girl she spoke to accused her of being rude and shouting at her, I was sitting there, this was
completely untrue. My mother then spoke to the manager, he was rude, aggressive, uncaring, unprofessional and frankly showed himself to be a pretty disgusting human being. The carers are good but other than that the company is a joke.
