Just some of the words I would use to describe this wonderful team of carers are:
reliable, supportive, caring, loving, approachable, dedicated and conscientious.
They all treat my elderly father like they would treat their own loved ones.
All his personal needs are met with dignity. His meals
are cooked. His laundry is dealt with. His medication is administered. His comfort is ensured.
The team members go above and beyond their duty of care.
Our family is completely confident in the care he is receiving. We are more than grateful for their continued support.

CareCo are currently visiting my Mum to give domestic assistance & personal care to ensure a safe environment & a quality of life. This was a massive step for us having never been in this position before and did so with trepidation. However in 14 months of care provided, especially in last 4 weeks
where the need has escalated CareCo have been tremendous. The flexibility in a changing routine, and the quality of care that I have personally witnessed being given to my Mum was truly heart pleasing & such a relief to know that I trust & rely on them when my mum needs them most. Thank you.

I have been fortunate enough to have Careco. as my care provider for over 7 years and during this time I have experienced nothing but excellent service, all carers are kind, friendly and dedicated fulfilling my needs and promoting my well being.
In addition to all the carers I find the management
are all approachable and also of a caring nature
and because of Careco. My husband and son have been able to maintain full time work in the knowledge that I'm having my needs fulfilled.
It is nice to hear carers say "this is the best job I've ever had" which speaks volumes to me and indicates they are also treated fairly.
I would highly recommend care co. for you or a loved one

We really are lucky to have Careco looking after Mum. They have enabled her to continue living in her own home with dignity due to their diligence and professionalism. All requests from us are carried out swiftly, a special mention must also go to one staff member in particular for her first-class
organisation of her team.

All staff that attend are very professional and friendly. Provide compassionate care, engage well with my mum and look after her needs. Carry out any instructions left to the letter. I like the access to the app that the staff fill out each visit as it gives me information in real time.

Staff worked hard to cover all of my calls on time in such terrible weather. Trees down everywhere, roads flooded and very high winds. They all remained professional and under took their duties with the utmost care and consideration making sure I have everything I required before they left. They
were wonderful and I would recommend this company to everyone.

Always smiling and willing to help day and night, always on time and very respectful of property. Always a pleasure to meet the staff and they are always very chatty and willing to listen to others. They are always very well presented also.

Careco has been caring for Mum for the last 18 months and we couldn’t be happier with the service she has received.
From the moment Mum came out of the hospital I have been impressed with the attention to detail Careco provided in setting an appropriate care plan for Mum which has been monitored
regularly and always feel reassured that Mum is safe and secure in their care.
The staff are always friendly, and reliable and I know Mum enjoys a lovely bond with all the girls who along with the management at Careco go above and beyond to ensure all Mum's needs are met.

The carers are brilliant with my dad, my dad's not a straightforward visit, but they are patient and caring.
Most importantly they make him laugh and that's the best medicine.

I’d personally like, and have great pleasure, in providing my personal experience and that of my dad and family. Careco has and is part of home care for my 92-year-old Dad. He was reluctant at first but now looks forward to the team caring and supporting him where necessary with complete dignity and
empathy twice a day every day. They have great communication and leadership, nothing is too much trouble or effort, and have been and continue to be very flexible. I can’t thank the team enough for allowing our lives to be relatively normal knowing my Dad is being supported by unbelievably dedicated people who put my Dad first with care and affection. I can’t rate them highly enough and are so grateful for their personal touch in what is a difficult transition for my Dad and our family.

Since my dad started having care services from Careco (Buckley) I have nothing but praise for the services they provide and their staff.
He was reluctant initially but their patience and kind approach have worked well, and he now has a great rapport with the staff. My dad looks forward to their
visits and the help they provide him and us as a family have made a massive difference. Many thanks.

The care manager and her team are all lovely. They brighten up my partner's day. Since I'm deaf she doesn't get to chat very much and the carers are great company for her. Very attentive and thorough. I just get out of the way when they show up and leave them to wash her and brush up, shower her
when needed, and get her in and out of bed, on and off the loo. Gives me two half-hours each day in which I don't have to worry. Two thumbs up.

Careco Healthcare has been looking after my dad since he suffered a stroke. The care he has received has been outstanding.
The carers arrive on time. Communication between staff and management is excellent.
All the carers that have looked after my dad have been friendly. They treat him with
dignity, respect, and compassion. All his needs are met with real care.
They make him feel comfortable.
The carers have become a huge part of daily life for both my parents. And they look forward to their arrival.
We can't rate Careco highly enough.

From day one, the care provided by the home care team has been first-class. Nothing too much trouble. They listen to the client and provide exactly what they say they do. Privacy is given, clean and tidy, and very professional. Suppose you get the chance to use their services. Take it with both

I find the care and attention provided by Careco Healthcare staff are efficient, caring and delivered with empathy. These attributes are cascaded down from the management team to the staff out in the field. I receive weekly advice on visit times and the team members who will attend. When the team
visit me, they always ensure they leave me safe, comfortable and with a smile on my face. I always look forward to my visit from the team.

Careco Healthcare has been providing care for my mother for over 10 years. The company provides a team of highly skilled carers who have been hand-picked to fit with my mother's care requirements and personality. The team is wonderful with my mother, very attentive to her needs, they go the extra
mile and treat her with great respect and dignity. I have been very satisfied with the service Careco has provided. The company ensures my mother's care package is fully staffed and that the carers are punctual, kind and considerate and they are well trained. Careco has provided an excellent care service which is fully appreciated by all members of my mother's family.

I have had a great experience with the care from Careco Healthcare staff. Each one that comes here to assist me is considerate and caring. They do not rush and always make sure I have everything I need before leaving. On arrival, they ask how I have been and have a little chat before starting with
my routine. Everything is done with respecting my dignity which really is a big thing to me. I couldn't ask for more. I really would be lost without them. I am very grateful and thankful to each one that assisted me.
