Knowing that I have such a dedicated and caring team around me gives me great peace of mind. I am truly grateful for everything Care Co. has done for me over the years and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for high-quality, person-centred care.

The Careco team were appointed to look after my 92 year old dad at home after a stay in hospital. He was apprehensive at first but after meeting Diane and a few of the team he was instantly positive. From the get go they are positive, friendly, professional, compassionate and very very caring. After a couple of months they have become as much friends to him as carers. They have gone above and beyond any expectations we had and after dad started to deteriorae they have been instrumental in engaging local services such as adult social services, doctors, district nurses and more. The app they use lets the family check notes from every visit and they are quick to contact me for anything out of the ordinary or with progress updates. Diane works tirelessly every day to provide the best service possible and is such a caring lady. We couldn't imagine being without them, they are truly incredible at what they do. I would highly recommend Careco for anyone looking for care and support

We have used this care provider for over 12 months now and we are very pleased with the service we receive for our elderly mum, nothing is too much trouble. Always on hand to help should we need any extra assistance. They really care for their clients.

CareCo are currently visiting my Mum to give domestic assistance & personal care to ensure a safe environment & a quality of life. This was a massive step for us having never been in this position before and did so with trepidation. However in 14 months of care provided, especially in last 4 weeks where the need has escalated CareCo have been tremendous. The flexibility in a changing routine, and the quality of care that I have personally witnessed being given to my Mum was truly heart pleasing & such a relief to know that I trust & rely on them when my mum needs them most. All staff that attend are very professional and friendly. Provide compassionate care, engage well with my mum and look after her needs. Carry out any instructions left to the letter. I like the access to the app that the staff fill out each visit as it gives me information in real time.

I am very pleased with Careco. Everything gets done that I require on shift, all staff are very friendly.

Staff worked hard to cover all of my calls on time in such terrible weather. Trees down everywhere, roads flooded and very high winds. They all remained professional and under took their duties with the utmost care and consideration making sure I have everything I required before they left. They were wonderful and I would recommend this company to everyone.

The care manager and her team are all lovely. They brighten up my partner's day. Since I'm deaf she doesn't get to chat very much and the carers are great company for her. Very attentive and thorough. I just get out of the way when they show up and leave them to wash her and brush up, shower her when needed, and get her in and out of bed, on and off the loo. Gives me two half-hours each day in which I don't have to worry. Two thumbs up.
