After a couple of years with a previous care company, my dad needed another care provider to take on his needs At quite short notice, our Social Worker set up Careco to provide care for my dad. My sister and I were quite nervous and a little stressed at the time, but even after our first meeting with the manager to discuss my fathers care package, our minds were already put at ease. My dad requires four calls a day and a consistent structured routine(s) to cope with his ongoing recovery from a stroke. Since Careco stepped in, we haven't really looked back; they have a constant and consistent small team that have really developed a great relationship in a very short space of time. So far, I've really been impressed with Careco; they're are professional, kind, caring and feel like an extension of the family. Highly recommended service.

My son has been receiving care from Careco for the last eight years. He has always been very happy with the care that Careco provide. All the staff are friendly.

My carers are great. They come in the mornings to shower and sort me out. They make me so comfortable. I couldn’t ask for more. I was a bit unsure at first about having carers but thanks girls, you are all great but please get some singing lessons!

My son was diagnosed with motor neurone disease in November 2018. In December 2019 we were finding it more difficult to shower him and personal requirements. Our social worker organised CareCo for us. They started visiting us just before Christmas and they are angels. My son has a team of 4 ladies and they are all wonderful. They are so professional and treat him with dignity and respect. They all have a laugh and a sing in the mornings with him. He is so happy with them and what a difference they have made. They are diamonds.

Dedicated people such as Careco staff are always working away from any publicity and deserve to be brought out into the light and attention of other needy people. We are indeed very fortunate to know them. Our gratitude to all Careco members.

I am 76 years old who had a serious fall over a year ago, sustaining a number of severe injuries, since then I have been looked after by members of the Careco Team, without whom I wouldn't be where I am today without their expert and dedicated help. Every morning when the girls enter the house they are like a breath of fresh air. All the carers of Careco and the management team do their utmost to make my life and my 74-year-old wife's life as comfortable and easy as possible. They are most trustworthy and like an extended family to us. All the Careco staff seem to go that one step further. Both I and my wife would recommend Careco to anyone who happens to be in my unfortunate position.

Careco provide a daily visit to my mother. She is in her nineties and needs assistance with getting out of bed in a morning and with breakfast. The staff at Careco are excellent as are the carers themselves. They take time to understand my mother and engage with her in a way that makes her feel comfortable and secure. They are extremely efficient, professional and caring and have very good communication with ourselves over her care. The daily reports are accurate and timely. The staff at Careco itself are also very professional and any matters raised are dealt with promptly and courteously. I rate the company very highly and would recommend them to anyone.

Careco Healthcare Ltd is a company that takes the time to get to know you and listens to your needs and wishes. They ensure all staff are competently trained to deliver high standards of tailored care in a dignified and respectful manner. All staff I have met so far, are genuinely caring and compassionate, this comes through in their work and attitudes. This company offers the best care I have ever had coming into my home or seen and experienced in other circumstances during the past 9 years.
