My mum has been with Careco Healthcare since last summer, the ratings apply to the whole period of time Mum has been cared for by the company.
She has recently had her review and, as she herself said when the review was taking place, she really feels properly cared for!
The carers are friendly, concerned,
kind and cannot do enough to help my mum. We have been so very impressed with the standard of care she receives. Everyone is approachable and cheerful and keep Mum fully informed of what is going on with her arrangements. She enjoys their visits and feels very safe.
Because my mum is so well cared for, I feel much more settled than previously, that she is happy and in good hands, so many thanks from me too.

Careco Healthcare was arranged by my wife's social worker to offer care and support. I have found the arrangements very agreeable and see first-hand the attention that they give my wife. From the initial introduction to the company, their services and explanations of how they would attend and support
my wife were very clear and one could recognise that the needs of the individual were paramount. My wife has remarked on how comfortable she is with the care and happy with the arrangements.

The carers always provide good care for Mum, they are friendly and have never let her down. We feel that we can rely on their coming when expected. The staff in the office are always available and willing to offer advice.

Careco Healthcare have looked after our mum for several months now and also cared for our dad several years ago. They have always been very good and helpful and open to discussion. Would recommend Careco as have also had experience of some other care companies over the years not of Careco's standard.

Very happy with the service provided by Careco Healthcare. Great carers who are very friendly, caring and professional.
Dad is definitely benefiting from the help provided. Has three visits per week and is happy with the care he is given.

Excellent with carers but management tried to constantly change times. Now sorted.
Carers brilliant and very professional and always on time.

My son has been a client for a number of years. He receives excellent care from the company and carers who are all dedicated to the safety and well-being of him; they also give excellent support for myself as a carer. The safety measures put in place during the Covid outbreak were exceptional, ensuring
clients, their families and their care workers were kept safe. Well done.

I was having my care done by Careco. Because the staff has been leaving, my care package was handed back to the County Council, not told me. My social worker rang me. This is the way this company treats disabled people. I rang them to ask if they can carry on with my care. The answer was no. The staff,
myself and my husband had a good laugh and they looked after me very good.

After a couple of years with a previous care company, my dad needed another care provider to take on his needs At quite short notice, our Social Worker set up Careco to provide care for my dad. My sister and I were quite nervous and a little stressed at the time, but even after our first meeting with
the manager to discuss my fathers care package, our minds were already put at ease. My dad requires four calls a day and a consistent structured routine(s) to cope with his ongoing recovery from a stroke. Since Careco stepped in, we haven't really looked back; they have a constant and consistent small team that have really developed a great relationship in a very short space of time. So far, I've really been impressed with Careco; they're are professional, kind, caring and feel like an extension of the family. Highly recommended service.

My son has been receiving care from Careco for the last eight years. He has always been very happy with the care that Careco provide. All the staff are friendly.


Over the years, they have adapted the care to suit my son’s needs.

My carers are great. They come in the mornings to shower and sort me out. They make me so comfortable. I couldn’t ask for more. I was a bit unsure at first about having carers but thanks girls, you are all great but please get some singing lessons!

My son was diagnosed with motor neurone disease in November 2018. In December 2019 we were finding it more difficult to shower him and personal requirements. Our social worker organised CareCo for us. They started visiting us just before Christmas and they are angels. My son has a team of 4 ladies and
they are all wonderful. They are so professional and treat him with dignity and respect. They all have a laugh and a sing in the mornings with him. He is so happy with them and what a difference they have made. They are diamonds.

I am the wife of a resident, who has been taken care of by the management and staff of Careco for over a year now. Their Ethos, Dedication, Care, Communication and interest in my Husband's well being after a very bad fall over a year ago now is second to none. The management as well as the staff have
an overwhelming enthusiasm about their job, and their infectious sense of humour lightens up our gloomy days. Especially when he's experiencing his bouts of serious pain, they seem to lift him out of his depression, which is quite regular.
Dedicated people such as Careco staff are always working away from any publicity and deserve to be brought out into the light and attention of other needy people. We are indeed very fortunate to know them. Our gratitude to all Careco members.

I am 76 years old who had a serious fall over a year ago, sustaining a number of severe injuries, since then I have been looked after by members of the Careco Team, without whom I wouldn't be where I am today without their expert and dedicated help. Every morning when the girls enter the house they
are like a breath of fresh air. All the carers of Careco and the management team do their utmost to make my life and my 74-year-old wife's life as comfortable and easy as possible. They are most trustworthy and like an extended family to us. All the Careco staff seem to go that one step further. Both I and my wife would recommend Careco to anyone who happens to be in my unfortunate position.

Careco provide a daily visit to my mother. She is in her nineties and needs assistance with getting out of bed in a morning and with breakfast. The staff at Careco are excellent as are the carers themselves. They take time to understand my mother and engage with her in a way that makes her feel comfortable
and secure. They are extremely efficient, professional and caring and have very good communication with ourselves over her care. The daily reports are accurate and timely. The staff at Careco itself are also very professional and any matters raised are dealt with promptly and courteously. I rate the company very highly and would recommend them to anyone.

Diane has worked in the care sector for 40 years and has detailed experience and knowledge in all aspects of care and well-being. She joined CareCo as a specialist in complex care packages and became CareCo’s Manager in January 2020. She has high standards in all areas of her role and maintains these standards through the difficult Covid years.
