I find the care and attention provided by Careco Healthcare staff are efficient, caring and delivered with empathy. These attributes are cascaded down from the management team to the staff out in the field. I receive weekly advice on visit times and the team members who will attend. Careco Healthcare has been providing care for my mother for over 10 years. The company provides a team of highly skilled carers who have been hand-picked to fit with my mother's care requirements and personality. The team is wonderful with my mother, very attentive to her needs, they go the extra mile and treat her with great respect and dignity. I have been very satisfied with the service Careco has provided. The company ensures my mother's care package is fully staffed and that the carers are punctual, kind and considerate and they are well trained. I have had a great experience with the care from Careco Healthcare staff. Each one that comes here to assist me is considerate and caring. They do not rush and always make sure I have everything I need before leaving. On arrival, they ask how I have been and have a little chat before starting with my routine. Everything is done with respecting my dignity which really is a big thing to me. I couldn't ask for more. I really would be lost without them. I am very grateful and thankful to each one that assisted me.

All the ladies are lovely. They do an amazing job. They always make Dad feel at ease and he looks forward to them calling. I can also relax when I'm not at Dad's knowing he is well looked after by the care team.

Careco Healthcare was arranged by my wife's social worker to offer care and support. I have found the arrangements very agreeable and see first-hand the attention that they give my wife. From the initial introduction to the company, their services and explanations of how they would attend and support my wife were very clear and one could recognise that the needs of the individual were paramount. My wife has remarked on how comfortable she is with the care and happy with the arrangements.

The carers always provide good care for Mum, they are friendly and have never let her down. We feel that we can rely on their coming when expected. The staff in the office are always available and willing to offer advice.

Careco Healthcare have looked after our mum for several months now and also cared for our dad several years ago. They have always been very good and helpful and open to discussion. Would recommend Careco as have also had experience of some other care companies over the years not of Careco's standard.

He receives excellent care from the company and carers who are all dedicated to the safety and well-being of him; they also give excellent support for myself as a carer. The safety measures put in place during the Covid outbreak were exceptional, ensuring clients, their families and their care workers were kept safe. Well done.

I was having my care done by Careco. Because the staff has been leaving, my care package was handed back to the County Council, not told me. My social worker rang me. This is the way this company treats disabled people. I rang them to ask if they can carry on with my care. The answer was no. The staff, myself and my husband had a good laugh and they looked after me very good.

After a couple of years with a previous care company, my dad needed another care provider to take on his needs At quite short notice, our Social Worker set up Careco to provide care for my dad. My sister and I were quite nervous and a little stressed at the time, but even after our first meeting with the manager to discuss my fathers care package, our minds were already put at ease. My dad requires four calls a day and a consistent structured routine(s) to cope with his ongoing recovery from a stroke. Since Careco stepped in, we haven't really looked back; they have a constant and consistent small team that have really developed a great relationship in a very short space of time. So far, I've really been impressed with Careco; they're are professional, kind, caring and feel like an extension of the family. Highly recommended service.
