Kim from Care Select was an absolute blessing to our family, and we are endlessly grateful for the way she cared for my Nana during her journey with dementia. Her kindness, patience, and genuine compassion brought comfort not only to Nana, but to all of us who were struggling to navigate such a difficult time. Kim went above and beyond every single day, treating Nana with dignity, warmth, and understanding, and her support made an overwhelming situation feel manageable. The care she provided was truly amazing, and we couldn't have done it without her.

We have been indebted to the carers at Care Select for their excellent care of our stepmother over the last 5 months of her life. Her days were considerably brightened by their triple daily visits, enabling her to remain in the comfort of her own home until her last few days, She was always treated with the utmost respect and dignity. All the carers are a wonderful group of friendly, kind, empathic people, who alongside their different ages and personalities, were always cheerful, took time to chat and didn't rush her. They provided first class support with her personal care needs and gave help with any small household jobs. Their trustworthiness, dependability and punctuality helped to ensure, that in the absence of us her family, we had peace of mind that she was receiving excellent care. We found the office staff equally approachable, supportive and professional. Without hesitation, we highly recommend the services of all those who work for Care Select.

The carers have been amazing so far and are just incredible with my husband. He could not have better care and treat him with the incredible respect and dignity.

I'm very happy with my care provider . Care Select. I have been with the same provider for approximately ten years . And had no issues. The girls are very caring and provide me with everything I need .

Care Select provide an excellent service. We had this Company for my Dad before he passed away at the end of last year. The carers were all so kind and Dad really looked forward to them coming so he could have a laugh and a chat with them! This made our choice easy as a family when Mum needed care herself (which is ongoing). The Carers are all so cheerful and help out with any tasks and the Management Team are very helpful and supportive with any queries you may have. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing care for their family or friends

My mum has received excellent care from Care Select. The staff are punctual, reliable & friendly, having a joke & a chat with her, but also responsive to her needs. She regards her regular carers as friends, & they recently helped her to celebrate her 93rd birthday.

My sister has had Care Select as a home care provider for at least 5 years. Within that time frame I can only say that all the staff at home and in the office conduct themselves in a very professional caring manner. They don't only care about the client but also about their continued welfare, safety and health. The carers are of mixed ages but compliment each other and in particularly with my sister keep her young at heart and communicate with her making her laugh when she has days she might be down. It's very much an open door policy where as a family member you can ask questions or concerns or ring them for advice. They are there to help.

I have been with CareSelect for 8 years and have been pleased with the service they provide. The staff are very friendly and will always endeavour to help if possible. There is always someone available to speak to if have any concerns.

I can't recommend Care Select highly enough. They are currently looking after my Nana, and I couldn't be happier with the care she's receiving. The team is always so friendly, respectful, and genuinely caring nothing is ever too much trouble for them. My Nana really enjoys their visits and always speaks so highly of them. They also looked after my Grandad before he passed away, and I will always be grateful for the compassion and dignity they gave him during that time. He received the very best care, and knowing he was in such good hands gave us so much peace of mind. Thank you, Care Select, for everything you do you're truly amazing.

My experience with Dad's care is good. He finds the carers very friendly and helpful. Also, when I ring to cancel any calls, the staff are always friendly on the phone. One issue where his tea time visit was only one apart from his night time. Dad did inform me that the supervisor visited and she would ensure it would not happen again. I would recommend Care Select in the future.

My experience with Care Select since last year has been a positive one, I also look after my father-in-law and attend to his everyday needs. The carers that come on a daily basis, in my opinion, have been professional, attentive and enjoy the job. My father-in-law seems content and shows no signs of distress in their company. They all do a wonderful job and seem dedicated to their profession. I have no qualms with the duty of care given to my father-in-law, all the carers are trustworthy, polite and caring in my opinion.

I came home from hospital after three weeks there, I had been very ill. My carers were there for me and still are. They are a wonderful team who spoil me with care and happiness! They work effortlessly after sometimes long hours. They come in smiling and if my radio is on I just love when they sing whilst they are tending to me! What a great team you have! I feel I have friends now, I am so grateful to all in the office too. A big thank you.

When Care Select first came to me, I had never needed care in the home. I was a bit nervous. Would the staff be easy to get on with, flexible and approachable? I needn't have worried. From the outset, the carers have been friendly, approachable, kind and understanding. They all understand my needs and provide them faultlessly. To the extent that I don't know how I would cope so well without them. I can't praise them enough, ten out of ten from me.
