Excell offered excellent care under difficult circumstances offering support not only to the client but to the client's relatives. They treated the client as an individual and kept us informed of any issues and offered support. When the time came to go into a Nursing Home they advised and assisted
with the application.

The care that my mum receives is fabulous. Her carers know her very well now and she simply could not manage without their support. They have a laugh with her and also treat her with respect and kindness. They go above and beyond for her and also keep in touch with me regularly. I live in Durham so
it isn't easy for me being so far away, but I have complete faith that mum is being cared for properly and I can't thank the team enough.

The care I have received has been exemplary. Ever since I came out of hospital some 2 years ago the staff have been wonderfully caring always ready with kind words when necessary and they're always there with advice and support.

I would like to thank Excell Care Company for looking after my dad so well over the last 2-years. Dad could not have managed without their support - he looked forward to their visits, and during the first lockdown of the pandemic, the carers from Excell were Dad's lifeline!
During this very
difficult and challenging year, the carers have been there throughout and have been amazing!
99% of the carers who visited Dad were professional and extremely caring. They really got to know Dad and treated him with kindness, respect and dignity. Two of the regular carers, in particular, went above and beyond in their care for Dad.
Just a huge thank you from me and Dad!
