I was taken on as a service user December 18th 2025. A woman came to see me, I had my 30yr old daughter with me for the meeting, to discuss my "Care Plan" which also included the fact I have a small dog. My 1st carer came the following day, she nearly pegged it, apparently she's terrified of
dogs, & the company know that! Asked her if she had missed that on my care plan, to be told she hadn't been given 1, & complained that I'd been put on her rota without anyone telling her! 2nd carer of that day, was trying all my doors, looking through my windows etc, I shouted out of my bedroom window, as I didn't know who she was etc, she was so rude, and complained about the fact I'd been put on her rota, without anyone telling her, she also hadn't been given a Care Plan. Spent rest of the day sobbing. Today, no one turned up, rang office, who gaslit & belittled me, saying that I'd said I didn't need anyone!! Not true!!
