Neighbourhood Care provided truly exceptional support for my mother, PD 90 years old and experiencing decreasing mobility and fine motor skills. Despite these challenges, she always remained clear about what she wanted and didn't want - and the team treated her preferences with genuine respect,
patience, and dignity.
From the very first, the carers demonstrated professionalism mixed with kindness. They never rushed her, always took the time to ensure she felt safe and comfortable, and adapted their approach as her needs changed. Whether it was helping her move around the home, supporting her with daily tasks, or simply offering a cup of tea, their care always felt personal and heartfelt.
They encouraged her independence wherever possible, but were right by her side when she needed extra help. Their presence gave me enormous peace of mind, knowing she was supported by people who truly cared about her wellbeing.
We will always be grateful for the compassion and dedication the team showed

We have used Neighbourhood Care for my mum for well over a year. Mum absolutely loves all off the ladies that attend. They are always friendly, helpful and extremely professional. When I have had to call, whoever I talk to is always friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend

My experience with neighbourhood care has been Good and I am well satisfied with the service that they provided. My carers are always pleasant and as I mostly have the same care team of approximately 6-8 carers I have got to know them all well and so I feel comfortable when they visit me. They
always meet my care needs in a kind and professional way.

The best ageway I have used in 30 years of my disability. You are treated as a whole person. Your needs are always taken into account at all times. Social activities are always included at specified times of year.

We have recently received daily care for my husband from Neighbourhood Care and the experience has been excellent. We've been very impressed with the staff that we've met and consider ourselves to be very fortunate to be visited by such a caring group of people. The carers have provided wonderful
care in a professional manner maintaining high standards whilst being friendly, approachable and also bringing cheerfulness to each visit. Each carer has their own unique style but all exhibit the same characteristics of kindness, respect, helpfulness and eagerness to give the best care. The carers show that the needs of the client are of paramount importance to them and they strive to ensure my husband is happy and comfortable before they leave. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the consistency in the quality of care my husband is receiving is very reassuring. This care company is aiming to give the highest standard of care. I am very happy with the care and support I receive from neighbourhood care. They have been a great with encouraging me to get out and about. It has been a great to get help with going out to get food shopping each week. I enjoy seeing my carers they make me feel very at ease and always put a smile

My wife has required domiciliary care for 9 years, recently she has received 3 visits per day by 2 carers.
We have used 3 providers during this period with Neighbourhood care covering the past 6 months.
Although we were always pleased with the other providers, we find NC to be the best,
particularly in the area of drug and cream regime and their adherence to agreed procedures.
The entire team are excellent and have achieved their own particular bond with my wife despite her very limited ability in communication, it's refreshing to hear her laughter during her visits.
I have no reservations at all in recommending NC to other users or their families.

Since early January 2024, the staff at Neighbourhood Care have been attending to my wife with four visits every day. Every member of staff that has attended to my wife has shown excellent knowledge of what is required of them, in a very professional but friendly way with many having their own
personal touch. When later in life the unexpected happens for which we were unprepared, the continued support of the Neighbourhood Care team will help to provide much of the help that my wife needs.

The level of care my mum has received has been really amazing. Mum has had care from Neighbourhood Care for almost a year now, during this time we’ve found that any issues are dealt with quickly, everyone has been supportive and caring and Mum has gotten to know her team and is very well cared for.
In addition, we as a family have been supported through so much and are so grateful. We would gladly recommend Neighbourhood Care to anyone.

We are constantly impressed by the kindness and professionalism shown by members of the Neighbourhood Care team. It took a long time for our Mum to accept she needed help and when we first contacted Neighbourhood Care, we had no idea if she would accept the help offered. Every member of the
Neighbourhood Care team showed huge patience to gain her trust and their excellent care has enabled Mum to continue to live in her own home. We are confident that Mum receives the highest standards of care and can highly recommend the company. Top marks for Neighbourhood Care.

It’s hard to find the words to do these guys justice. They all went above and beyond to support and care for my husband when he was receiving end-of-life care, nothing was too much! They supported the whole family through the worst time of our lives. Even when my husband had passed away the care and
support didn’t stop, he left 3 young boys behind when he passed and it was close to Christmas so these guys spoiled my boys with presents for Christmas too!
Everyone was amazing but one lady in particular, wow what a lady, she still messages checking in on me and the boys to this day! She will always have a piece of my heart and thank you for going on this rollercoaster with us! I will be forever grateful!
