The staff are very nice. I looked after my neighbour, 88, as she has no family in this area. The problem is one of the carers keeps bringing next door's cat into the house even when my neighbour asked her not to, as well as the district nurse and myself. Now the company have left after giving us two
weeks' notice. I have to find a new care service, where my neighbour had no concept of what to do and she has no family, also last minute and availability. Call saying that they can't look after her this day at the times for the service.

The care my mother receives from Be Cared For is fantastic. The management of the company is very good, adaptable and caring. The carers are amazing. The job they do is not easy but they always have a smile on their face and really care for their clients. They communicate well and contact me or
leave messages if there are any issues or requirements. They are wonderful!
