The staff are very nice. I looked after my neighbour, 88, as she has no family in this area. The problem is one of the carers keeps bringing next door's cat into the house even when my neighbour asked her not to, as well as the district nurse and myself. Now the company have left after giving us...
The staff are very nice. I looked after my neighbour, 88, as she has no family in this area. The problem is one of the carers keeps bringing next door's cat into the house even when my neighbour asked her not to, as well as the district nurse and myself. Now the company have left after giving us two weeks' notice. I have to find a new care service, where my neighbour had no concept of what to do and she has no family, also last minute and availability. Call saying that they can't look after her this day at the times for the service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and also for your praise of the team.
To explain further, there was an incident with a carer which once management was made aware of it, was investigated and concluded within the day. The carer was extremely apologetic and felt there was a miscommunication regarding the cat being let in, this did not happen again after our meeting. We aim to respond immediately to any concern raised and encourage all clients and family to contact the office directly so we can do this efficiently.
We were very sad to have to give notice to this package, it is something we avoid doing at all costs if we can. However, with staffing levels affected at that time, we have to maintain being able to provide a safe service and unfortunately, it lead to having to make the difficult decision to give notice.
