I have been a client of Bespoke Home Care for the last ten years at least. I have always found all the staff in the office and in the home to be extremely helpful and supportive . Even when in hospital they have been very supportive to me and my family

As a family we appreciate the personal care that Bespoke were able to provide for my mother which made it possible for her to stay in her own home until the age of 97. The team of regular carers struck up a good relationship with my mother, were interested in her as an individual and this made life more enjoyable for my mother. As a family we valued the support, guidance and flexibility that Bespoke were able to offer in terms of my mother's care. This included guidance on mobility aids following a stay in hospital, assessment of enhanced care support following that stay and working with the family to provide a tailor made package of care.

Liz and Rachel with their team provided a really good service for my elderly mother for over 6 months in 2025. They were quick to respond when my mother became unwell and provided much needed reassurance to her and myself that with daily visits she'd get the care she needed. We were very satisfied with their care and would highly recommend them to others.

Needed help after breaking elbow and fractured shoulder. Needed someone to help me dress and wash after the hospital stopped my help after 14days I I am a carer of 28 years to my husband and for once I needed help and needed help immediately and the agency turned up trumps and started the next day and kept them for one month delighted with the help and support they gave me and I have recommended them to other people who may need them in the future and if I needed them again I would certainly pick up the phone

I found Bespoke gave mostly good service when carers arrived in time and were helpful and caring. Would use this company again and recommend it to friends. They helped me recover from my mental problems.

The service provided by Bespoke has been excellent from day one. The staff are so helpful and understanding and all the Carers are so friendly and are of great help to my husband. My husband was quite concerned that I had arranged care for him but now finds them of tremendous help and enjoys having a laugh and chat with them. He has been registered partially sighted, has severe mobility problems and vascular dementia. Bespoke have made my life easier and I really enjoy seeing them

Had Bespoke care for around 6 months now and they have been brilliant with all the care that my mum requires. The carers and management are so nice and helpful and I am so happy I chose this company.

I can't thank the team enough for the wonderful care they gave my mother. They visited her four times a day, and every single time they were kind, gentle, and respectful. Their professionalism and efficiency were matched by genuine warmth and compassion, giving me great peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. The management were always available whenever we needed them, and nothing was ever too much trouble - for myself or my mother. Their willingness to help, listen, and go above and beyond made such a difference to us both. We are truly grateful for everything they have done.

Bespoke was recommended highly to me by a friend who had made use of their services. I appointed them to provide weekly one hour companionship visits for my very sick husband. He had become socially isolated owing to his poor health and I thought the visits might provide both him and I with some respite. Unfortunately he did not accept the visits and I was obliged to stop them after the second visit. I have no complaint at all with the Bespoke carers as they did their best under very difficult circumstances. All the staff I had dealings with were friendly and professional and I would still be happy to use their services at a later date when more hands on care is required.

I am pleased to say the care I receive from Bespoke is wonderful, I am treated with dignity and respect, nothing is too much trouble, most of the carers are capable and friendly. I have a good rapport with the majority of my carers.

The management team are very helpful. The staff are very friendly and help me alot. My husband is not the easiest of people with his mood swings. but they now him well.

We were allocated Bespoke Home Care for our terminally ill mum when she was fast tracked home and I can honestly say they have been fabulous so far. All the carers that have been in are friendly and treat mum with such dignity and talk to me and my siblings about what they are doing , as we are taking it in turns to be with mum, and we see many of them and they are good at remembering our names! Little things like this matter and their kindness and support to us has been amazing.

Bespoke home care has been a very positive experience for my elderly mother who has dementia. They were the only provider to offer more tailored care for my Mums needs. My Mum had always been a night owl and most care providers put clients to bed at 7pm the latest. Mum would hate this. Bespoke were able to offer a later time that suited her and would not disrupt her usual routine. She's very fond of the carers, some more than others of course. They are all caring and considerate and we as a family feel Mum is in safe hands. It is reassuring knowing she can remain in her own home and is safe and comfortable

My sister has been using Bespoke Care since summer 2024. Have always found the leadership team approachable and quick to deal with any issues. The carers are very reliable, my sister relies on them primarily to ensure she has her medication on a regular basis, they have not let us down . Overall Bespoke has proved to be an excellent care provider, a friendly, easy to speak to organisation. If you call the office to discuss/clarify anything the phone is answered promptly and matters resolved quickly and efficiently. Would not hesitate to recommend Bespoke to anyone looking for home care for themselves or family/friends.

All the cares were very kind& helpful. They gave mum her breakfast & warmed up her dinner & gave her her medication which she kept forgetting to take when left to her own devices. It gave us peace of mind knowing she was being looked after.

Would highly recommend Bespoke Homecare. From management down to the carers, they have their client's best interests at heart. When we joined the company last year my husband was anxious, stressed and depressed. What a difference a year makes. I have my husband back, happy and cheerful. This is down to the hard work put in by the care staff. They made him feel valued, they listened to his concerns and addressed them. They are courteous, polite and will go the extra mile if needed. They are always at the end of the line if we have a query or problem. Nothing is too much trouble. They have become our second family. Keep up the good work.

My parents have been using Bespoke Home Care since December and we are very happy with the standard of care provided. The carers are always kind and courteous to mum and dad and very understanding of their needs. The management team are always available should there be any questions and they are always happy to help and advise as necessary. I have recommended Bespoke Home Care services to others in our community.

Bespoke home care has been a very positive experience for my elderly mother who has dementia. They were the only provider to offer more tailored care for my Mums needs.
