I am so happy with tracy and the team of girls at bluebird. To hey have supported me so much and been like a little family to me. They are all amazing people and such a special unit and every one of them has an amazing personality . I am so lucky and grateful to be part of something so special.
Thank you all . To everyone in the office whos answered phone to me and been so patient and kind with me.

Had bluebird care for my mum who was unable to come out of hospital without a care package in place. Rachel the supervisor went and meet mum in hospital and got everything put in place quickly. Carers were friendly and couldn't do even for mum. They would always go above and beyond. Mum would look
forward to the ladies coming. Having the carers there make this easy for me as I known she was well looked after.

From the service I was provided I was happy and grateful, I started receiving support in April of 2025. At the time I was in a bad state and they perked me up and helped me achieve my goals. They stayed consistent on the help even though I didn't want support but helped me get a care package change
and I was grateful for everything. The deputy manager Racheal kept ringing to check in on my wellbeing and I appreciate that.

Bluebird care lincoln team have supported with my grandpa for the last year since coming out of hospital, really helped to support the rest of the family, while allowing him to remain in his own home.
Always helpful when extra requests are needed.

Every one of your wonderful staff were so kind and caring I couldn't have managed without them after a total reverse shoulder replacement. Even though I must have had about 10 different carers they were all excellent. Thankyou so much

I have found the management to be very helpful & cooperative.
All the staff are kind & caring & give me all the support I ask for.
Without there support I would not be able to stay at home.
I have been satisfied with the care & support I have received for the past 2 years from Bluebird.

Overall care is excellent but on occasion over the weekends, carers arrive very late which can put our son's lunchtime schedule out. Carers are always polite and friendly and interact well with our son and us, as his parents.

I had my hospital appointment brought forward and needed to get care for my husband who is bedridden. I also have a son who has challenging behaviour issues. I looked online and found Bluebird Care. I contacted them and spoke to a lovely lady Who offered to come that afternoon for a preliminary set
up visit and to see what our requirements were. This done we were set up on their system. I was very happy with the care they gave my husband and myself whilst I was recovering from my operation and I won't hesitate to approach them again in the future. Each member I've spoken to over the phone has been so cheerful and helpful. Thank you all.

We have been using Bluebird care since December 2024 and from the outset they have been amazing. The support to both myself and my Mum has been outstanding. They are very patient with Mum who can be unpredictable and difficult at times to say the least. I cannot thank the team enough for all they
do, especially as I live 3 hours away. I am always advised of any situations that arise and I have peace of mind knowing Mum is in very good hands. I would totally recommend Bluebird as a kind, caring and thoughtful team who do a wonderful job.

I have had bluebird since August 2023.
All the carers have been fantastic and we really get on. My package has been made specially for me with what I need. The ladies will take me out to do my shopping and we have days out or just go out for lunch or a drink. It gets me out the house and I have the
company that I need. The ladies will always help with house jobs that need doing without me even having to ask them. If I need help with paperwork or have any issues they will always do whatever they can to help me get these things sorted. I know I can always speak to the lead supervisor if I need anything updating in my package and she will always make sure that she does what she can do to make sure that I am happy with this. Sometimes my visit times will change significantly and that doesn't really help me when i have made plans for the day as sometimes I attend groups which are at the same time every week. As a whole, I have had a really good experience with bluebird and hopefully continue to do so.

Bluebird Care provided excellent home care to my brother. I always knew who to contact for support and sometimes this was outside normal working hours but one staff member in particular was always there to support our family.

We have been using Bluebird Care since Mum broke her wrist in February. The team leader responded quickly to my initial phone call, came to assess our needs and soon had care in place for us. Mum has two carers in the morning to get her washed, dressed, out of bed and ready for the day. The carers
are all very kind and patient.They understand her needs and also her limitations due to her dementia. We like the fact that all the carers are female which we think is appropriate for a very elderly lady needing personal care. All the carers in the small Boston team are efficient, friendly, cheerful and obliging. Today both carers went above and beyond by helping me resolve a tech issue! It would be nice to have a set time each day for visits. I am given the rota for the week but the time each day can vary within a timeframe of an hour+. That together with the cost of the care being quite high are my only niggles. Overall I am pleased with the service and can recommend Bluebird Homecare.

Bluebird care are delivering an excellent programme of care under rather difficult and sometimes impossible circumstances. They show great patience's trying to support my son. The staff I have met seem well trained and sympathetic to my son's needs.
I have a strong relationship with the Boston area
manager and because communication with my son is somewhat spasmodic it is reassuring to know that I can make a call and get a response. The odd occasion when there has been a minor issue with a staff member it has been discussed in a professional manner and resolved quickly. Over the years I have been involved with a number of different care support teams for my
son but none have displayed the commitment of the Bluebird team.

Since starting with bluebird everyone that has come in has really helped me and turned my life around.
They have helped with my confidence in terms of getting into the community
They have helped me sort my flat out to a really good standard

All carers are professional, polite, engaging, friendly and courteous. Any concerns or problems are dealt with promptly. Communication is very important and have found in our experience with the company it is managed very well. The only negative I can find would be the times of visits sometimes
dramatically change. On the whole if it happens I do get notification, I appreciate this is part of the nature of the job and is beyond control. I would definitely recommend Bluebird Care as a very good option.

The Bluebird Care carers who visit me are mostly kind and helpful. Many, especially the more experienced, are observant and use their constructive initiative. However, I do have one carer whose attention wanders - not a danger now, my condition is much improved.

My father at the grand age of 100 and 10 months old lives next door, and although I look after him generally, his personal care and the sitting service when I need to be away from the home is a godsend and we could not function without the help and services of Bluebird Care Lincoln.
All the carers
and supervisors are professional, caring and understanding and treat my father with the utmost respect at all times. I have no doubts at all in recommending Bluebird care for anyone needed help looking after elderly relatives as in our case. I cannot rate them highly enough and thank them all sincerely for all the help and support they give me too. Of course, sometimes there are emergencies and staff illness etc which sometimes cause delays, but that is life and it sometimes happens, nothing is perfect but this service is pretty close.

My husband is bedbound but is determined to regain enough strength to at least shower, use a commode and be in a wheelchair to access our home and garden. Our carers, every one of them, encourage, praise and treat him professionally, kindly and with smiles. He feels better after each visit.

Well disappointed with this company, management organisation is non-existent. Felt it was more about the money than actually the care of clients. Needs work on communication with different staff saying different things to clients feels like everyone doing their own thing and no unity within the
ranks. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. This was my last option before other things were put in place. I just felt like I was a pound sign, not a person.

We were put in contact with Bluebird Care for my mother who is on palliative care by a hospice. The care my mother is receiving has been excellent, friendly and reliable staff who treat my mother with the utmost respect. I wouldn't have any issues in recommending Bluebird Care.
