As a client of this company for 2 years I was disappointed to learn they were ceasing my care. The first I knew about this was when another care company phoned to say they were taking over my care the next week. When I phoned Fisher to find out what was going on they confirmed this with no
explanation of why. I suppose if I had not phoned they were not going to bother telling me which is no surprise with the office staff they have. So disorganised it's unbelievable. They give the impression they don't care about the clients at all, not good for a care company, very unprofessional. A tip would be, don't employ walking carers who don't like walking! Overall, carers good, office staff awful.
