His carer is friendly and thoughtful and has made the adjustment to receiving personal care easy by his respectful attitude and consideration. Home Instead provide an excellent caring service. Our mother has been using the service for 18 months, she has early dementia and her carer is extremely considerate of her needs and helped her maintain her independence for as long as possible.
The service is really good at matching the carer
with the client and is very client focused. The communication with the family is excellent and mum is very fond of her carer. I have recommended home instead to friends.

I have a lot of faith in the service provided. Alison is great, and is invaluable to my cousin. Keeps in touch in emergency.
She gets on well with my cousin and really meets his needs and wishes. Lucky to have her!

My mother has found the support from Home Instead (from Karolina) to be very helpful in enabling her to attend activities in the community as well as help with shopping. It is a boost for her morale and keeps her motivated. It is also very reassuring for us to know someone is there and that we can
increase care as needed. All the communications from HI are helpful and timely.

We have had a truly positive experience working with this care agency to support my father. From the beginning, the team has shown professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. The carers treat him with dignity, patience, and kindness, and it is clear that they approach their work with both skill
and heart.
Communication with the office team has been excellent. They are responsive, organised, and always willing to listen and adapt when needed. Any questions or adjustments have been handled promptly and thoughtfully, which provides great reassurance to our family.
Caring for someone with ongoing and changing needs can be challenging, and having a dependable, empathetic team in place has made a significant difference to us. Knowing that my father is supported by people who are respectful and attentive gives us real peace of mind. We are very grateful for the support they provide and would confidently recommend their services.

The level of care that Mum is receiving is excellent. All of the Home Instead carers take time to talk, empathise and maintain a kind and caring relationship. This goes above simply providing a level of 'domestic' cover but reaches out on a personal level.
Visits by the carers are looked forward
to and not simply endured.
The professionalism that the administrators provide is fantastic. As the care situation evolves they are always responsive and keen to accommodate and adapt to ensure continuity, which at this stage is key to a calm and caring environment.
Home Instead have allowed my Mum to keep living in the familiar surroundings of her home with comfort, compassion and above all else, dignity.

Home Instead were brilliant at finding and putting in place carers for my elderly father. The carers were superb, and very respectful. I always felt there was a great support team working in the office. Any questions were answered immediately and there was always a voice at the end of the phone.

The service from Home Instead has been exceptional.
The carers have been extremely kind to mum and gone above and beyond to make her life better in sometimes very difficult circumstances. They visited her when she was in hospital which was a real lifeline for her to have someone to touch base with
when she was feeling very low. They have been great at suggesting things that she needed to help make things better at home and adapted once she had a social care package to doing more household chores and their companionship and reliability has been much appreciated.
The office staff have without exception been brilliant at keeping me informed of any issues and needs and the portal has provided great reassurance for me especially since I live so far away.
Everyone I have spoken to on the phone or through email has been so kind and understanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Home Instead for someone needing home care for their family and can't thank them enough.

We have been working with Home Instead for 3 years. I cannot say enough good things about them. All the carers have been wonderful, and are consistently kind, caring and receptive to my mum's needs. As I do not live close by, I really value knowing that my mum is in safe and reliable hands. The
daily log that I can see online is incredibly helpful, and the office has always been extremely responsive when I have needed to make changes.

We have had a very positive experience with Home Instead for the six months that we have been using their services. The office staff are helpful, understanding and communicative. They respond immediately to changes in care needs and are a pleasure to deal with. We have also been very lucky with the
care professionals who have been allocated to assist my parents. They bring different skill sets which compliment each other and have demonstrated genuine care and compassion. Most importantly, they have made my parents totally at ease with their daily presence, for which I am very thankful.

would not manage daily living. i am also impressed by the professional standards of practice at the office and admin level and willingness to discuss ways to work and support .

We are delighted with the care my brother is receiving from his carer from Home Instead. She knows instinctively what needs to be done.
As I live well over 100 miles away it is really good to know he is being looked after by someone who cares so much. He looks forward to her visits and enjoys the
time when she is there. She always takes the trouble to sit down with him for a chat, encouraging some social interaction. As a family we are extremely grateful to her.

Excellent communication from the office and a willingness to be flexible. Although we have had a number of different carers overall they have all been extremely kind and helpful and the office has worked to maintain as much continuity as possible

Our main caregiver is excellent and very proactive. She has an excellent rapport with Mum. She manages to get through a bundle of work but also to engage with Mum. Continuity of the caregiver is important in keeping things in order. The back office team are helpful and keep me informed of any
changes due to annual or sick leave, etc.

From day one, our interaction with Home Instead has been positive and proactive. Care was taken to understand my mother's needs. My mother was hesitant at first, but she quickly warmed to the carers. Even with time in hospital Home Instead have been supportive. Home Instead was recommended to us,
and we have no regrets.
