Very good but could have a better time frame.

Hygiene issues. Incontinence towels left behind door making entrance impossible.
Health and safety issues. Dishes left unwashed in the sink. Large amount gravy left on the floor uncleaned when mop and bucket in kitchen.

All staff very nice and grateful for their calls, varied times so adapted if later or early. Thank you all very much.

We have found all the Bluebird Care team really do care about looking after clients they have been very kind, friendly & patient towards my husband & me. Both my husband & I have had a very positive experience with Bluebird Care

Ella is a very careing person and is alway happy she really cheers me up when she comes in and nothing is to much trouble.

This is the second time we have been blessed with help from Bluebird Care Team. Every one of them is caring, anticipates not only my husband's needs but mine as well, and always willing to go the extra mile. Not only do they care for my husband's physical needs but their cheerful character lightens
his mood. I wouldn't hesitate to recomend this company to anyone else. The only negative thing I could say about them is that some don't tidy up properly after they have finished. Apart from this, I don't think it would be possible to find another group of people who fulfil the role of carers better than the Bluebird team.

Ella came to mums this morning,
Very helpful and friendly.
Very chatty and made mum and myself feel very comfortable with her around.
Hopefully we see more of her while mum is a client of yours.

The 1st assessment visit was extremely professional and reassuring. They arrived on time listened carefully to our needs and explained the process carefully and clearly which gave us confidence in going forward. The visit was friendly, felt thorough but not at all rushed and we were impressed with
the caring and respectful approach.
