They arrived on time listened carefully to our needs and explained the process carefully and clearly which gave us confidence in going forward. The visit was friendly, felt thorough but not at all rushed and we were impressed with the caring and respectful approach.
Polite and caring staff ready to help out with whatever I needed. They were also respectful of the fact that I wish to be as independant as possible. Even if I didn't need help, it ws good to know that they were going to be calling in just in case I needed something not thought of.

All the enablers have been fantastic. Positive, kind, caring, diligent & great at their jobs. Mum's dignity has been preserved (as far as is possible) & I know she feels very comfortable with them. They bring a bit of brightness & energy into the house. They never rush my mum and allow her time to think. They have been very good at fitting her back brace & ensuring she is safe and secure. I wish Bluebird operated in our area for when D2A finishes - they've been brilliant. Thanks to everyone

All staff I've met have been fantastic in supporting Mum and encouraging her to continue aking staps towards greater levels of indpendence. They have treated her with dignity, respect and patience despite her at times challenging behaviour
Your staff are caring & very efficient. They have given advice & help when asked for. They are very professional I have nothing but praise for how they have treated me from coming home until today. I requested morning & lunch calls but realised lunch would not see me through to early next day so staff kindly attend to bed call with no issues.
The staff have been very caring, cheerful & supportive. They have always taken pains to treat me with dignity and respect, and their sense of humor has been greatly appreciated. I have particularly enjoyed that some of the staff have been especially positive & encouraging towards my efforts to rehabilitate.

Fantastic service - treated with incredible compassion. I didn't think Dad would accept help but was very open due to how personable and caring both of you were.
I am very pleased with the help are am getting from the staff. They are very cheerful and pleasant while they are here.
All the carers that have come to help me are dediated, patient and caring. They are always smart and I have had many interesting conversations. Formally with another agency now with Bluebird who took over.

I have found all carers I have met to care for my needs very competent + helpful as I am recovering. They are very professional in their care along with different tasks they have been accomplishing with me on a daily basis. All very reliable + competent.
The care given has been a great help to enable me to readjust to being back at home after 6 weeks in hospital. It has been a great help to my wife to relieve her of some of the responsibility and some caring as she is very exhausted herself, not getting proper sleep at night, and being elderly. The carers have been very thoughtful and cheerful helping to boost my mood when I'm feeling low.
My nan has received D2A three times from Bluebird Care following a hospital stay. We thought that the enablers from bluebird had a very cheerful approach & instantly made us as a family and my nan feel reassured when returning home. The enablers were always very helpful when supporting my nan with things that she was struggling with & offering her guidance that could help ease her struggles. Bluebird also offered my nan & us as a family tips that could help her, they was always so informative when they visited and the first day home was so organised that this massively helped my nan with transitioning back into her home. If my nan was to require support in the future bluebird would be a company that we would enquire with to have them visit her again. I further thank all off bluebird for the help they gave my nan when she was under their service :)
Absolutely bad experience. Had a partner whom I looked after 24/7. Bluebird Care took control completely, albeit they only visited her two hours per day, then sent police to the house 4 times on the assumption of domestic abuse, then railroad her out of her comfortable home and into a care home in Taunton where she is in tears and anxiety due to the interference of her personal life. She is now isolated from friends and family. She is now due to go to a nursing home whereby Bluebird Care will have no input, thank god.
