Carers are really good and helpful. Generally very reliable.

All staff that I have had contact with have been excellent. They were caring, sympathetic and understanding of my needs. During their visits, they were cheerful, friendly, and always had time for a chat, which meant a lot. They put my mind at rest answering all questions asked and reassuring me. It
was like having an extended family. I would without hesitation recommend the services of Caremark. If I ever need carers again, Caremark will be top of my list.

Carers do a wonderful job. They are caring and interact with my mum. It's important that she has consistency and whenever possible this happens. Contact with office is always productive. Carers keep me informed of any changes in mums health and welfare. Would be a five but timing of visits not
always ideal but appreciate this is down to circumstances beyond your control.

I have been using Caremark for a few weeks now and they have always treated me with respect and dignity. The carers that I have experienced have all been poilte, understanding and willing to help in any way possible. Always have a smile for you and words of encouragement. I would like to say a big

I have absolutely no complaints. My carers are first class, friendly, polite, respectful and will do anything & ask them. I feel they are totally trustworthy. I am perfectly happy with them and look forward to their visits 4 times daily.

Caremark Coventry are professional, efficient and friendly. The management provide an excellent service and are responsive to requests both during daytime and out of hours. They dealt with a request for temporary additional hours quickly and efficiently. Their carers on the whole are caring,
compassionate and treat my father with dignity.

My mother is very happy with the care she has and is very happy with the service.

Carers are very efficient and know what they are doing. The only problem I have is that the carers are not consistent, my mum gets a regular carer and for no reason they get taken off her and someone else comes. There is no continuity and the person who does the rotas will not put the regular carers
back on.

The carers that my husband has are brilliant. This applies to his main carers who look after him so well. I would not be able to cope without them.

The carer we have in the week is amazing with my mum. Also weekend staff. My mum is always happy to see them, they always do their best by my mum. They have become like family.
They are such a big help to my dad and myself. We would be lost without the staff help they give my mum. A big thank you

I am more than satisfied with the care but I do not like the inconsistency of times. The carers are all really good and very helpful and are also good at their job. They are also very careful and patient.

Happy with the services provided. Having regular carers is very helpful, build up a good rapport. Mum is happy, which is the most important thing.

Mum has improved 100% due to the kindness of the carers and their patience and understanding. She is very satisfied with all the carers. Improved with personal care.

The carers are outstanding. They have been amazing with my dad. The friendship they have built up is lovely to see and they go above and beyond to help Mum with everything. They are like part of our family.

I have been using this service since January 2021. I have been very pleased with the caring service that I have experienced during the short time I have used Caremark. The carers, in my experience, have shown teamwork - working with each other and the client. I look forward to the four times daily

Overall a very good care plan is in place for my mother and the carers we have currently ar all polite and professional. It is great because they communicate with my mother and liven up the mood sometimes.
