Very poor. Left patients to hurt themselves and can hear from the bottom of the stairs then shouting at, laughing on their phone about it. Appalling and non-existent safe guarding with a lot of negativity. Certainly not professional and certainly not what anyone expected as 'care'. Probably the
worst place I have ever been.

Terrible. They have only been caring for Mum for two weeks. Multiple times late for early care. An amazing array of excuses. No contact, no manager callbacks when asked. And have now been told haven't had a break in two years by a person in the office, and when I mentioned the two previous CQC
reports, she hung up.
