Extremely happy with the service. Extremely professional and personable team. Experienced carers with confidence and take on feedback really well. The care user is very picky yet he has taken to them really well, all thanks to their professionalism. I cannot thank the high levels of service they

My husband receives two carers four times a day from Loving Angels. They are very kind, caring and look after him well.

Loving Angels have cared for my husband for 8 months, 3 times a day. All the carers have always been excellent. They are kind, efficient and professional in their personal care of his needs which include hoisting him into his wheelchair.

Service reliable and good.

When they started last year the wrong medication was given on more than one occasion. Also, the carers were shouting and being rude, had to ask the carers not to come back into this house again. Over the last few months, everything has got a bit better, room for improvement still.

The nurses are on time, they are very polite, they clean up, and they ask if they can do anything else when they finish doing their job.

Despite my father's occasional difficult behaviour and reluctance to accept help with his care, the Loving Angels carers have always treated him with politeness and concern for his well being. In fact, I have often been impressed by acts of kindness and consideration that go beyond their brief. We
are lucky to have them and they are much appreciated by my father and all the family.

Very happy with the care provided. My husband gets on well with the carers. All carers are polite and caring and treat my husband with respect. I also have a good relationship with the carers and management.

Loving Angels is an amazing company. They are so caring for my mother. They treat her with love and dignity at all times. They know Mum so well, they are able to spot problems before they get out of hand. They are very caring and supportive to me as well as Mum, and nothing seems to be too much
trouble for them. I would highly recommend Loving Angels Care.

Excellent care, including help with personal care, help with medication, encouraging mobility and independence. Carers have been quick to respond to his medical needs and often go above and beyond. Many thanks to you all.

I have experienced the service provided by Loving Angels for the last few years and I have nothing but extreme praise for all the care they provide me with. My life would not be at the high standard it is without them. They attend to all my needs and I have no complaints whatsoever. Long may they

Lovely company, great communications fantastic carers who keep me informed of any concerns. Has made my life so much bearable for myself and my father. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My first experience with Loving Angels Care when I came out of the hospital and needed full-time care. Without that I would not have been able to go onto the routine I have now i.e. 2 hours for 6 days and 1 day 4 hours vacuuming and using the washing machine. The staff that have been to me have
always been very friendly for which I am thankful.

I started using Loving Angels in September. From the very first meeting of care, they were very friendly and made my transition easier and less stressful.
I am very happy with them.
