This was my first experience of care for a relative. The introduction was from a hospital following illness and started immediately on return home. The carers were friendly, professional, helpful and seemed to really care about their charge. Very impressive - and treated her with real dignity.
Unfortunately, the visits are relatively short, and it became apparent that my aunt could not be home alone between visits (and did not want someone living in), so we have elected to go to a care home. However, the interim care gave us breathing space and a period of adjustments. So very helpful.

Sending this review on behalf of my sister and I who lost our mother on Saturday the 8th August. We feel a need to comment on the standard of care delivered four times daily from Elite CarePlus which, without exception, was truly outstanding. From our experience, the carers are highly professional,
kind, caring and could not have done more to ease the journey for our mother and indeed ourselves. All carers arrived with a smile, they were punctual and were truly dedicated in end of life care. We knew our mother would not recover from her condition, it has been a very distressing time, but we can honestly say it was made easier by the respectful and dignified quality of care delivered by this agency. A huge thank you.

Elite has looked after my mum for over a year. The care given is exemplary. Communication is excellent. We have never come across such wonderful care as this. Extremely recommended.

I would love to thank you all for the good service you gave my father. He has now in a nursing home from 23/3/18. I believe some of the ladies have left that looked after him. You did so much even though you were only allowed to spend half an hour at a time.

Your service and staff are excellent, they are so caring, loving, thoughtful, I've never met carers that are so dedicated to their job. I would highly recommend Elite to anyone who needs loving care, my honesty to the carers is genuine. Could not have wanted anyone else to look after my father. We
were so, very, very happy, they are all lovely people and also the staff in the office, absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We were very impressed with the care that my mother in law received! The carers were very good. They also showed lots of common sense and did all tasks asked of them well and to a high standard. Would use again if needed.

We have 2 carers on a regular basis. They are always on time and my mum and myself are extremely happy with the care. They have become part of the family now and long may it continue. Extremely friendly and happy but most of all, very gentle with my mum who is very frail. Thank you. Keep up the good

My family are very pleased with the two main carers (mother and daughter). They treat my mother in law with care and dignity. They are dedicated and happy ladies. My mother in law is very fond of them both, although she has slight dementia she does remember their names and looks forward to them
coming. I have seen first hand their approach to her, they are both wonderful. The manager is also very nice to deal with.

I had two carers, both women give me time to myself, 2 hours on Thursday evening and 3 hours on Friday afternoon.
They arrived in plenty of time for me to hand over before I left, I found them very kind, helpful and personable. I felt that my mum was in safe hands and I had no qualms about leaving
her.

I have been a service user of Elite CarePlus Ltd since the end of October 2016. I find the care I receive to be of a very high standard. The carers are kind and understanding and fulfil their duties in a very professional manner. I also have dedicated carers.

My aunt has carers twice a day. The package includes cleaning and shopping. Both carers are superb. They are both very caring and thoughtful and quick to alert me to anything they feel my aunt needs, whether it's a GP visit or any other worry. My aunt loves them both.
I am very impressed by the
care offered. I have met with the agency's boss and she too is very caring.
