My parents had in-home care from Cynosure before eventually going into a care home. I cannot speak highly enough of the care they received. The staff went above and beyond and treated my parents with kindness, respect and dignity. My mum always looked forward to their visits. Communication was
great and we were always informed promptly of any issues regarding their care. They were reliable and thorough and gave myself and my brother peace of mind, knowing our parents were being well cared for.

A very well run company. Their main attributes are the carers who apart from one, we found to be excellent at their jobs. The staff are well trained and very personable, they became people we trusted and liked very much. If you are looking for home care, I couldn't recommend Cynosure highly enough.
