I have been having care from five-star care for nearly three months now. Carers are very good and helpful, very pleasant and always friendly. When I am down they always bring me up again and make me feel happy.

The ladies who come for my wife are very caring but are restricted to time with clients which is only half an hour or less, and the price is very expensive, but I need help.

The carers from Five Stars have looked after my mother for a number of years. Their friendly staff, flexibility and consistency of care is a huge help to my mother and father, and it gives me great peace of mind as I live some way from them. The carers are regularly monitoring their needs and
adjustments, the service keeps up with the inevitable decline and helps me understand the situation clearly.
