The highest person within company is great. I wish she carried out the calls full time or more had more members like themselves. Professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Really would be good as a carer some would need.

Blossoming Hearts looked after my Grandma for around 2.5 years until she recently passed away. The Management Team have always been really quick to communicate and deal with any requests etc. All of the team were so lovely and my Nan received such great care, she had a great bond with them and it was so great to know that they were able to look after her and take care of her needs. The team always went above and beyond, even sending her a video message when she was in hospital on her birthday to lift her spirits! We couldn't have asked for better carers! They were so kind and caring and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also when the end came and my Nan was on palliative care and came from hospital for the last time, they immediately put in place what she needed and were the only professionals that we came across during the whole process that were helpful and really cared about my Nan.

Awful care company, they lie about what is being said in the home, despite being caught out lying the manager still stands with the staff responsible, then a member of staff the same one caught about lying started to swear and get aggressive. They also tried record you without your knowledge. Also have been caught talking about other care patients outside of work hours. They've even made up lies about our disabled son saying things, when he doesn't even talk to them or in the same room. Its been an awful company from start to finish.

Always been polite on visits always on time management alwaysbwent above and beyond for a client and comes out always when needed I'd highly recommend the company, always happy to help with any enquiries

Blossoming hearts have cared for my auntie and uncle.my auntie passed away may 2024 my uncle had a stroke and has had to go into a care home . Amazing staff ALWAYS went above and beyond supporting me and the family aswell.

Blossoming Hearts cared for my Mum at home for over a year. The carers were generally excellent, they did all that was required, and some would really go the extra mile to help Mum and the family. Mum valued the time spent with the carers looking at old photos, listening to music, just chatting about old times. Mum has now moved into a Care home. Thank you Blossoming Hearts.

Excellent care and compassion during a very difficult time Nothing was too much trouble and timings were changed about (sometimes at very short notice) to accommodate mums needs Lovely carers who were very kind and caring and treated mum with the upmost respect

Blossoming Hearts cared for my friend when she needed help with personal care. They were nothing but professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. They always turned up to calls at the agreed time and stayed the full hour even if they had finished the care, they would use the leftover time to sit and chat with my friend which she loved. I would recommend Blossoming Hearts to anyone looking for home care.

Blossoming Hearts Care Agency has cared for my uncle for around three years and they have been nothing but exceptional in the care they have provided to my uncle. It has been reassuring for the whole family knowing that my uncle has carers that he can rely on and support him with his needs. His carers have been excellent and nothing is too much trouble. I feel they have really taken their time to understand and cater to my uncle's needs. We have really noticed my uncle's mood improve and him become more himself again and for that, I am truly grateful for the team. I also cannot fault the management, the manager has often come out to visit my uncle at no extra cost and has been proactive with providing additional support to suit changes to my uncle's needs. Overall, a very professional and most importantly, caring company that I would highly recommend to anybody needing care.

I have had to contact Blossoming Hearts management regarding the way my mother is being spoken to. Carers seem to spend a lot of time on their phones and not engaging in any conversations. There is a lack of compassion from some (not all) carers that rock up.

Wonderful caring company. Met the manager and worked out a plan for the care needs of my father. The staff have been amazing, very helpful, always on time, polite and taking the time to actually talk to him, rather than seeing how fast they can do the job and go. He gets on brilliantly and looks totally different than before, a lot healthier. No concerns whatsoever with the company. A very professional company indeed, and I would like anyone to consider the company itself rather than worrying about never knowing when or who turn up.

Wonderful service - genuine and reliable care. The manager is highly proactive and communicative with family and any adjustments/increase in care is always catered for. My parents have met the manager directly who made all efforts to understand my family's needs and a 'tailored' care approach has been facilitated. Delighted with this care provider.

I am really happy with the service my wife receives. Any issues I have get sorted quickly. Advice from carers is pretty good. Overall, would recommend to new users.

I have only had care for two months and the service is excellent. When I rang up to see about having care, the care manager was excellent and came out to see me straight away. I can't fault my carer in any way because she is very good in her job and makes me feel at ease because I can't do certain things. Without this help, I would not be able to be in my home so I am really grateful to the care manager and carer.

I cannot thank Blossoming Hearts for all they have done for my father and mother. The staff go above and beyond. Without the quick thinking and actions of one member of staff, my mother wouldn't be with us now. After a brief hospital visit, there was no doubt what company we would have back into the house to look after her again. Thank you.

I would highly recommend the care my friend received during a difficult time, the standard of care was outstanding, the staff were very professional in their approach and met all of my friend's needs. My friend was very happy after each visit and couldn’t wait for the next visit. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs care or just companionship. I have always used Blossoming Hearts Care Agency when I need the care and companionship.

I have nothing but words of praise to say about Blossoming Hearts Care Agency. They are professional in all they have done for me for the past four years. I'm happy with the quality of care I receive. The care manager goes above and beyond her care of duty. I have had the same carer daily, she is a great comfort to me and quality of her care is exceptionally very good. I look forward to seeing my carer as she lifts my spirit. I definitely would recommend them to anything that's looking for care or support. I would like to take this opportunity to say a special thank you to the care manager, I wouldn't know what to do without this company.
