Blossoming Hearts have been providing support for my mum who had been struggling to cope on her own after a stay in hospital. We've been highly impressed with everyone involved, the manager as well as the carers who have all been professional, compassionate and caring. We would be happy to recommend this company to anyone

We are only 11 weeks in, however, watching my dad receive such thoughtful support has been a huge comfort to our family. The carers are not only kind and caring, but they take the time to truly engage with him - something that means more than they probably realise. They're incredibly flexible and accommodating, always adjusting to his needs with patience and understanding.

The care Manager is very different to previous, not only extremely supportive, but has assisted with CHC funding and engaged with social services for additional hours. What stands out the most though is her kind heart and genuine understanding of the challenges.

The senior carer deserves special recognition for her empathetic, heartfelt approach and for consistently going that extra mile. There are also a few regular carers who stand out every single visit - they're fantastic with my dad and treat him with genuine warmth.

We as a family are deeply grateful for the difference they make in his life and ours.

I am very satisfied with all the staff and care I receive from my carers. The quality of care is excellent. I would most certainly recomment this company to anyone looking for support. I see all my carers as part of my family.

Staff very friendly. If I have issues it is sorted out rather quickly. Management lovely people. I am treated with alot of dignity. Carers make me smile. Communication is really good they allways let my husband know if they feel like anything is wrong.

The highest person within company is great. I wish she carried out the calls full time or more had more members like themselves. Professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Really would be good as a carer some would need.

Also when the end came and my Nan was on palliative care and came from hospital for the last time, they immediately put in place what she needed and were the only professionals that we came across during the whole process that were helpful and really cared about my Nan.

Awful care company, they lie about what is being said in the home, despite being caught out lying the manager still stands with the staff responsible, then a member of staff the same one caught about lying started to swear and get aggressive. They also tried record you without your knowledge. Also have been caught talking about other care patients outside of work hours. They've even made up lies about our disabled son saying things, when he doesn't even talk to them or in the same room. Its been an awful company from start to finish.

Always been polite on visits always on time management alwaysbwent above and beyond for a client and comes out always when needed I'd highly recommend the company, always happy to help with any enquiries

Its a pleasure to see the staff arrive to look after my needs!

Blossoming hearts have cared for my auntie and uncle.my auntie passed away may 2024 my uncle had a stroke and has had to go into a care home . Amazing staff ALWAYS went above and beyond supporting me and the family aswell.

Blossoming Hearts cared for my friend when she needed help with personal care. They were nothing but professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. They always turned up to calls at the agreed time and stayed the full hour even if they had finished the care, they would use the leftover time to sit and chat with my friend which she loved. I would recommend Blossoming Hearts to anyone looking for home care.

Blossoming Hearts Care Agency has cared for my uncle for around three years and they have been nothing but exceptional in the care they have provided to my uncle. It has been reassuring for the whole family knowing that my uncle has carers that he can rely on and support him with his needs. His carers have been excellent and nothing is too much trouble. I feel they have really taken their time to understand and cater to my uncle's needs. We have really noticed my uncle's mood improve and him become more himself again and for that, I am truly grateful for the team. I also cannot fault the management, the manager has often come out to visit my uncle at no extra cost and has been proactive with providing additional support to suit changes to my uncle's needs. Overall, a very professional and most importantly, caring company that I would highly recommend to anybody needing care.

I have had to contact Blossoming Hearts management regarding the way my mother is being spoken to. Carers seem to spend a lot of time on their phones and not engaging in any conversations. There is a lack of compassion from some (not all) carers that rock up.

A very professional company indeed, and I would like anyone to consider the company itself rather than worrying about never knowing when or who turn up.
