Flexible, friendly, efficient care. We needed care for times I could not look after my terminally ill mother. We needed whole days when I was at work. My mother enjoys the carers company and it was great to know I could book them when I needed them. We also needed just a few hours sometimes so I could
attend a function at school.

Our family are happy with our aged Uncle's care provision and the staff provided. Difficulty in giving this review as our Uncle sees the care provided as an imposition on his daily routine regardless of his failing health and frailty. I am sure other recipients are more appreciative and show their gratitude.

All staff are friendly and polite. Also very tidy. They try to make me as independent as possible. They treat me with respect and dignity. I get on very well with the carers.

At all times I was looked after very well, my carers were always very helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure I was well looked after. If I should need more care I will always ask them for help and always recommend to anyone else needing care.

Blossoming Hearts is the best care company around. The care that they provided for my friend was above and beyond. If a carer went off sick the boss would come out herself. The care was always the best care that could be provided by anyone. I just cannot find the words to explain how much I love this
company.
I would recommend the company to anyone.

Very friendly and welcoming company. Staff are always dressed smartly and have a happy persona. Always treated my friend with respect and dignity and nothing was too much trouble for them.The manager is always on hand if there were any problems. Lovely care company I would recommend to everyone.

Finding Blossoming Hearts and the manager was a huge relief when I needed some care for my Dad. They provide a reliable, caring and supportive service.
Dad thoroughly enjoys his daily visits and I can rest assured that any issue or problem will be dealt with in a professional and timely manner. I
rely on their dedicated care and attention and couldn't manage without them. The manager and the staff offer a completely individualised service, where nothing is too much trouble.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs some support.

We were struggling after Mum was discharged at 24 hours notice. After endless enquiries about options Blossoming Hearts were recommended. In my initial phone call the owner was so helpful and caring, even though I had not yet employed them. After discussing with my sister we couldn't believe how good
it all sounded! We rang back and two days later Mum was assessed. At the assessment we were so impressed we still couldn't get over just how helpful and caring the owner was and how thorough the service was too.


Care was put in place for the next morning and was way above the call of duty. My sister went to Mum's on that first day to erect her new bed only to find the carer had already done it that morning!


Now I've seen the care plan and record keeping they are very thorough.


Truly a fantastic service.

I cannot praise this care agency highly enough. Their commitment to my mother's care is absolute. On many occasions the proprietor has gone "above and beyond the call of duty", involving herself in all aspects of my mother's welfare and well being. Consulting her doctor, reviewing her medications and
bringing her a "proper" home-cooked meal.


This proprietor has frequently simply "popped in" to check on my mother - even if one of her staff was the official carer on that day. There is often no extra charges made. A truly brilliant, small, independent company.

After using a different care agency for our dad, where he was very poorly treated, our dad was getting very agitated. We asked Marie Curie to find a different care agency. Within a week we were offered Blossoming Hearts. The managing director came and introduced herself to our dad and explained everything
to us all. His carers are the ones that have been coming in every day to care for our dad and have made him feel happy again. He looks forward to seeing them, they are both amazing. They are an asset to the company, nothing is too much trouble. We would definitely recommend this company to service users and also to the families of people who need care. My experience with this company is that they cannot do enough for our dad and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Blossoming Hearts.

I have been delighted by the help and assistance of the agency. Our carer is helpful, caring and cheerful with a lovely manner.
She is encouraging, firm and insists that my husband helps himself, keeps his dignity and self-respect.

The search for a home care provider for my wife went on for months before we found a company willing to travel to our small village. From the first meeting with Blossoming Hearts, the management team have lived up to their promise to provide dignified and caring support for my wife.
Our recent house
move meant that we needed this support to be flexible in terms of timing, and again they came up trumps in providing continued support with no change of personnel. Well done!!

I cannot thank the managing director and the team enough. Their flexibility to provide loving care to my mum at 'end of life' was second to none. Without them, Marie Curie and Barnardos, my mum could not have had her wish to die at home. Thank you.

I cannot recommend Blossoming Hearts too highly. The manager and her team are compassionate and caring. My mother had a fall and was unable to mobilise. Despite calls to 111 and her GP l was advised to ring an ambulance. A practitioner attended and mum was not deemed to require health care, only social
care. The practitioner called emergency social care but they were unable to find a bed for her nor anyone to come out and help with toileting. l rang Blossoming Hearts. Although her carers had officially finished their evening shift the manager confirmed she and one of her team were on their way. It was a bitterly cold night and cars were already frozen. The two of them arrived and took the time to reassure mum before very efficiently and gently taking care of all her needs. They returned the following morning to help again.
I was so grateful for their help and care when no one else would help me. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and l cannot thank the manager and her team enough!

After years of trying to find good home care for my Mother we were introduced to Blossoming Hearts and from our first visit with the Manager, we as a family were impressed with their professional manner. My Mother has very advanced Dementia, but is happy and content in her own home and I can only praise
highly the way the carers treat my Mother with respect and dignity. The same carer visits almost every day which means my Mum has formed a good, happy relationship with her, which is vitally important to Mum and even more so to us as a family. We have complete trust in the carer and for the first time in years we can relax in the knowledge that our Mum is getting the best care available. If we need to speak to the Manager on any issue with Mum the call is answered straight away and dealt with promptly. Any family caring for someone with Dementia will understand the need for continuity and at last we have found that with Blossoming Hearts. Cannot thank them enough for our peace of mind.
